Question:

During the year, many poker tournaments are held in Las Vegas at various casinos. This week’s Reader Poll asks the question . . . Would you like to participate in a Las Vegas Poker tournament and what do you think would be a reasonable price to pay to enter and what should be the grand prize amount?  What is your opinion? We want to hear from you!  ( See other readers opinions below.)

Reader Poll Replies:

Yes, i would like to play in a real vegas tournament and not sure what a proper amount to enter should be but i would like to win a million dollars.   Wayne Smith  ILLinois

No, big tournaments are not for me.  I come to Las Vegas every other month and play poker but not in tournaments.  Chad  Los Angeles CA

I am a slot player and I think it would be great if a beginner like myself could get into a tournament that does not consist of all pros and have a chance to win a grand prize.  Thomas H.  NYC

Winning a million dollar tournament has a good sound, but not sure I have the skills to play that level.  Maybe smaller tournaments would be better for me to start.   Angela Fort Wayne.

I feel the winners of this size tournament would only be professionals and us ametuers would not have a chance.  Somehow if you could make a non pro tournament, I think that would be a hit.  Vince Jeffreys
