As reported in this week IVLV Newsletter, Kaos, the dayclub and nightclub at the Palms Casino is closing immediately. With the huge prices charged for entry and the elevated costs of alcohol bottles and drinks, is this a sign of the upcoming changes in the Nightclub scene in Las Vegas. Have we finally over saturated the nightlife for the new style nightclub in Las Vegas? why or why not? What is your opinion? We want to hear from you (See other Readers’ opinions below.)

las vegas may have over built nightclubs.

I stopped going to Las Vegas nightclubs because of the huge prices they charge for bottles. The same alcohol i can buy at any liquor store for $35 costs between $400 to $750. This is pure insanity. Hope most of them go broke and revert back to old style las vegas nightclubs. Randy P, California

Considering how many nightclubs there are I am not surprised when they start to fail. It takes a fortune to have a good time for a few hours in most every nightclub i have tried in vegas. I found it is easier to go to a topless joint and their prives are less, which was hard for me to believe until i saw it first hand. Kevin San Francisco, CA

I stopped going to nightclubs in vegas when you could not find a place to site that did not cost more than a $1000 dollars for the evening. Not sorry to see one or more of them go out of business. Mark T. Phoenix, AZ
