Question:

Station Casino’s is expected to come out of their bankruptcy in 2011. This week’s Reader Poll asks the question . . . Do you have any problem gambling in a casino that is currently in bankruptcy or does it have no effect on your gambling location you select?  Why or Why not?  What is your opinion? We want to hear from you!   (see other opinions below)

Reader Poll Replies:

It bothers me a little, but as long as the casino cage cashes my winning slips, I am happy.  Genie  Miami FL

It doesn't matter since they will pay out any jackpots immediately whether or not they are in bankruptcy. Any megajackpot comes from the fund so that wouldn't be in jeopardy either. I won't book a hotel room at such a casino because they could close up before I even get there which would leave me in a lurch.  Mike  California

I would prefer to not stay or gamble at a business that is in bankruptcy.  I know anyone can go bankrupt, but a casino?  Robert S

When I choose a casino to gamble I dont care if they are in or out of bankruptcy.  I hope the state of Nevada keeps a close eye on them and that way if I do win big I will get paid.  Clare Davis  MN
