Our restaurant takes its name from the
original established in 1939 in Genova, the capital city of the Italian
Riviera. Our chef, the famous Sig. Gian Paolo Belloni, after
catering to an endless list of luminaries and world celebrities
including Pope John Paul II, Frank Sinatra, Luciano Pavarotti, has
brought his delectable cuisine and experience to Las Vegas.
The ambiance is that of a Venetian villa. The
professional Italian maitre’D’s make one feel exceedingly
