As mentioned in this week IVLV Newsletter, the Gaming Control Board filed an order to force fantasy sports web sites, DraftKings, FanDuel and similar to stop operating within Nevada without a Nevada gaming license. At this time the Gaming Control Board deems these sites as gambling without a Nevada Gaming License. Is this ruling a good or bad thing? What is your opinion? We want to hear from you.
