I like hanging out at the airport, it is a great place to people
watch. Lori Evans. SC
Late at night I like to sit at any major casino lounge and watch the
interesting people, especially the young girls trying to meet the
wealthier older men. Beverly S. Denver CO
I like to watch the people out walking from one place to another on
the strip. You see people from all around the world. Young and old. Some
without very much on, some over dressed some rich some poor. I've seen
everything out there. I've even seen the homeless there sleeping on the
underpass. Stephen Goodwin Sedalia,mo
I personally like to watch people on the strip. You can usually tell
who has never been to Vegas before and it is like taking the country
bumpkin off the farm and taking into the city. Lynn Isaacs

WOW! Great question. In downtown one of the best places to people
watch is the main casino bar at the Golden Nugget. From there you can
see everything and it gets quite exciting. On the strip, the Forum Shops
at Cearsers. Chuck Merica Omaha, NE
I love Las Vegas! One of the reasons is the diverse people you can
see there. My favorite place to people watch, is at Mon Ami Gabi
Restaurant at the Paris Hotel (usually lunch as it's light outside and
you can see more) while dining outdoors on the patio. Not only does a
continuous, ever changing parade of humans pass by, but you can also
pick up bits of their conversations and a hear multitude of different
languages. What better way to be entertained while dining. It's food and
show all in one. Christine Panek Franklin/WI
New York New York has got to be the place - You are on one of the
busiest corners of the strip and with MGM and Excalibur as neighbors, it
hosts the most diversified group of visitors offering the biggest
variety of individuals. This makes for some very Great people watching!

First thought is under the Fremont Street canopy. But the real answer
is The Bellagio Lobby. Everyone goes to see the fountains. And they All
go into the Bellagio: to gamble, use the bathroom, eat, drink, see the
Chihuly Glass, see the Conservatory, window shop or just to look around
to see and be seen. Everyone who goes to Las Vegas will pass through
that lobby. You can sit, have a drink, listen to the music and the world
passes

There are a few really good spots mid strip. If I can remember
correctly, the Flamingo has a nice little veranda where I once had a
snack and fed the sparrows and did some people watching. Any place on
the strip that has a little outside eating area is perfect. Lots and
lots of beautiful people. ralph hamden,ct
The best places are the Strip and Fremont Street. My favorites though
are the patio's at Mon Ami Gabi (Paris), and the Nine Fine Irishmen
(NY-NY). I'm often having lunch there, it's great to sit down and relax
outside (I hate airco!) and to watch the people walking by. I'm flying
tomorrow to Vegas again, can hardly wait! Micheline

The Bellagio fountain, particularly at night. The amazement and
wonder on people's faces is enthralling. This is the Vegas in the movies
- glitzy, larger than life and romantic at the same time. We're back in
Vegas for third year row mid October this year and can't wait. I'll be
one of those people once again. Natalie Sydney NSW Australia
Well, my wife and I have stayed at several different hotels the past
few years. But, this past summer we had lunch outside at the Paris. It
was a prime spot for people-watching. We were comfortable at lunch,
under an umbrella and we sat up several feet above the sidewalk. And,
their was a menu posted on the sidewalk and numerous people stopped and
looked at the menu, then glanced at our table, attempting to figure out
what wine we were drinking ! We had a Great lunch. Steven

The sidewalks/crosswalks along the strip often offer the opportunity
to view the entire spectrum of humanity, with the possible exception of
the very well-to-do/wealthy. Along this same venue at night, some of the
patrons morph into inebriated comedians.. occasionally without their
being aware of it. It's a kick. Charles Las Cruces, NM
