Reader Poll Replies:
* I would choose Nine Restaurant in
the Palms. It has great food and it is fun to people watch. Gloria
GA
* My choice of a free Thanksgiving dinner
would be to go to AquaKnox. We eat there last week when we were in Vegas
and had a perfect meal. My wife and I will be back often. MM
Harry Tolkin
* I would like to have Thanksgiving
dinner at Hugo's Cellar at the Four Queens. It's quintessential old school
Vegas at it's best and one of the few remaining icons that represent this
great old town for grown-ups only. How's that for a family holiday? Brian
Jobson
* Dinner would most definitely
be at Rosemary's at the Rio. My wife and I have been there to celebrate our
25th, her 50th birthday, and the last time was because we just love it. The
service for exceeds any that I have received in my 15 years of traveling to your
great city. The menu is excellent allowing for virtually any taste. I have had
steak, seafood, and lamb chops each of which was better than the last. The
difficult thing will be what to choose on my next visit. Rick Colby
* If I could choose any restaurant in the Las Vegas area,
I would have to say the biggest buffet Las Vegas has to offer, a buffet that is
second to none.... WHY: Because as much as my wife and I enjoy Las Vegas,
and the variety of shows that are offered, we would ask, that if selected
as a winner in this poll, that "InsiderVLV" keep the prize offered
of "2 Free $40+ Show Tickets" and replace the Show tickets
with the following: "4 Buffet Tickets", good for a Christmas
Buffet, and ask that Mr. Reed donate them to a local needy family of four, so
they may enjoy a good Christmas meal that we are able to enjoy..... We will be
in Las Vegas Dec. 6th - 9th, and we plan on seeing a Show or 2, and it would be
nice to win a pair of tickets, but to see that a needy family gets a nice big
meal for Christmas would be worth more than any Show Tickets we could win .... Al
and Mary Varelas
* I would choose Emiral 's steakhouse. Thanksgiving
is a traditional AMERICAN holiday and I can't think of anyone who could do it
better or with more flair than the BAM-MAN himself. Emiral would certain take a
turkey dinner with all the trimmings and "kick it up a notch". Bill
* My wife and I enjoyed the great meal we had at Nine
Steak House in the Palms Casino. The steaks were great and we had the
pleasure of meeting Mr. Reed also. A great evening we had and look forward
to doing it again soon. Gene & Shirley H *
My two favorite places to eat in Vegas are both in the Venetian Casino,
Zeffirino and Delmonico Steak House. Outstanding food, great service and
wonderful atmosphere. Gary T. CA *
I would love to have thanksgiving dinner at the voodoo lounge in the Rio.
I was there a few years ago and the whole evening was "the
best". The atmosphere is so special and the view is
magnificent. the sword fish was the best I have ever eaten and the service
made the evening perfect. The VooDoo Lounge would be my choice of a place
to have thanksgiving supper. My mom's is a must for dinner. Betty
