* I would like to eat at Nine the
steakhouse in the Palms casino. I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Reed,
Insider Viewpoint owner, at the bar there one night, but did not have the time
to eat dinner. Always wanted to go back and have the full gourmet

* It would be great to eat at that
restaurant in the Mandalay Bay that has the wine fairy.... I think that is
what they call the person that climbs several story wine rack to get your wine

* I would like a full gourmet meal at
Hugo's Cellar. It is not the newest restaurant in Las Vegas but it has
given my husband and I years of many special memories while dinning

* Oddly enough, I like one of the old Las
Vegas favorites rather than the newer, more expensive restaurants that you
find in the mega resorts. My fist choice would be Hugo's Cellar at the
