If money was no object, you could order anything on the menu, including anything from the wine list, what "ONE" Restaurant would you like to eat at in Las Vegas?   Why?

Reader Poll Replies:

*  I would like to eat at Nine the steakhouse in the Palms casino.  I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Reed, Insider Viewpoint owner, at the bar there one night, but did not have the time to eat dinner.  Always wanted to go back and have the full gourmet treatment. Linda  CA

*  It would be great to eat at that restaurant in the Mandalay Bay that has the wine fairy.... I think that is what they call the person that climbs several story wine rack to get your wine bottle.   Phillip W.  TX

*  My wife and I prefer to eat at Isis in the Luxor Casino.  They have wonderful food and a beautiful restaurant.  M/M Ross   OR

*  I would like a full gourmet meal at Hugo's Cellar.  It is not the newest restaurant in Las Vegas but it has given my husband and I years of many special memories while dinning downtown.  Carla W.  NV

*  Oddly enough, I like one of the old Las Vegas favorites rather than the newer, more expensive restaurants that you find in the mega resorts.  My fist choice would be Hugo's Cellar at the Four Queens.  Roger Q.  CA

*  Give me the steak house in the Circus Circus.  My wife and I have had many great memories in that restaurant and the food is outstanding.  Juan M.  AZ
