* I think it should be a
mandatory one year jail sentence for people that want to deface
property. These type of people only destroy property because they are
not skilled enough to have property of their own. Put them away, no loss

* Treat the offenders like they
want to deface others. Make sure the penalty fits the crime and since
these people that destroy property do not own property, they should be
sentenced to working and the payment goes to paying for the damages.
Work camps were the answer for correcting the depression of 1929, it will work
