* I am apposed to more casinos,
it seems like every where you look in Vegas is another high rise casino in
housing developments. Glenn T.
* Build as many as they can, maybe
that way are taxes will stay low. Gloria Simms.
* Growth & expansion coupled with
increased competition, make Vegas- a true
entrepreneurial opportunity. Stephen Maiorano
* As much as my first reaction
to this question is; there are so many casinos in Vegas
ALREADY! The answer to your question would be, yes another casino is
needed, because no matter when we decide to go there it is unbelievably
crowded everywhere!
Thank you, Denise Squires
* America was built on the free
enterprise principle. If the people building the casino think they can
offer something different to the community they should have the
opportunity. Wendell McQueen
* I think there are enough
"locals" casinos. Business seems to be very good around the
strip area, but news has been scarce about how the out-lying casinos are
doing. Unless these new casinos offer a large incentive to locals, why
would they go there? Martha Mantel Palo Alto, CA
* I think that more casinos,
especially in the suburbs, is a great idea. More competition can
only be advantageous for players. Another casino also means more
jobs for locals. Jennie McQueen
* More competition = better comps.+
better odds at VP and BJ + more players = more profit and taxes. Get It
Vegas? Stanley Furman
* NEED??? What does Las Vegas really
need? But, at this point any company or individual has a right to enter
any legal business they wish. This is America. If locals are opposed to
this, they need to work through the system. They need to contact their
lawmakers to work on a moratorium on the building of more casinos. V.

* It is my belief that there can
never be to many hotels or casinos in Las Vegas! Think of all the
jobs, careers, opportunities and money that can be generated through just
one new casino. If you built it they will come, and come and
come to see the new wonder of Vegas! People will always come to Vegas and
locals will be the ones that will get the big pay outs in the
end. Cindy Wilson Fullerton CA
