Reader Polls Feedback for:  May 5, through May 14, 2012
Answer our reader Poll, win 1 free $55+ Show ticket!   Each Reader Poll, the 2 best replies each week will receive one $55+ show ticket! The 2 winners will be selected by Richard Reed, IVLV owner.

Over the past few weeks Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas (IVLV) has received a high volume of people requesting we send out the IVLV email newsletter on a weekly basis rather than three times a month. This would have us an increase of sending you emails from 36 times a year to 52. Honestly, we can do this but we don’t want to burden our loyal readers with unwanted emails. This week’s Reader Polls asks the question, should we continue sending three newsletters per month or increase the distribution to once a week?  What is your opinion? We want to hear from you!    ( See other readers opinions below.)

PLEASE NOTE: The following text entries are the exact words of our readers
and may not be full sentences, correct grammar or correct spelling.

Reader Poll Replies:

I have been a subscriber for 12 years and like the three times a month format.  Ginger H,  Chicago IL

It would be great to receive more valuable information about Las Vegas, but i get so much email at this time that i am not sure i could read it.  Stay as you are is my vote.  Hank Walters

Increasing it would be great to get weekly updated info.  Lorna Sullivan   Miami FL

Continue sending three newsletters per month.  Stephen Fegley  Florence, MT

I look forward to the e-mails I receive from you. Having said that, I would not look forward to an e-mail that is almost exactly the same as the last newsletter. If you have enough great stuff to share with your subscribers each week, then go for it!   Wendy W.  Rochester, IL

No! As they are, there are mostly the same long list of sponsors ads and maybe 6 or 7 actual news postings.....most of which are not of interest to the occasional visitor to Vegs.  Ken Brooks  Atlanta, GA

Yes! Would love to have the newsletter on a weekly basis.... As a reader that lives out of state, would be nice to get the information closer as it happens, rather than later.  Suzanne Matlosz   Mesa / Arizona

Thanks, but no. With busy lives, overload of newsletters might cause less interest in reading the whole newsletter.  Sandra Dafoe  Ontario

3 per month is fine.  Kip Abelson  Salem, MA

Not that much changes from week to week. Your present schedule is satisfactory and informative. Keep it the same. Thank you for the input... ken arasim  kenmore, WA

I would be in favor of once a week, If, it does not mean that the quality of the information you are sending out becomes "watered down".  The info you send now is enlightening, informative and pertinent..... please keep it that way. This is the best way to keep in touch with Las Vegas: I loved it when I lived far away and I love it now that I live
here.... well, Henderson.   Rich Hofius  Henderson, NV

I like it three times a month, i also like the information you provide, very helpful.  Can you please tell me about some of the other 500 web sites you own.  I would not have know about the half price shows if you had not included it in the newseletter.  Do you have other web sites that i might use and save money?   Ronnie Grey  TX

Keep ity three weeks. That gives me something to look forward to.  Howard Kendall  Indianapolis

once per week!  Tava Goetz  Lawrence, KS
