As i read this it seemed like a joke, but the more i thought about it
the thought of being able to relive the old las vegas became very
attractive. I like the mob museum concept and will attend when
open. Roger K Miami FL
I cant wait for the mob museum to open. I don't think it will
cast a shadow on Vegas, only increase the intrigue into the colorful
past. I cant wait for it to open ! John Bierbach

The mob museum will be a commemoration to the partial and factual
history of Las Vegas. Mob affiliation and, in fact, dominance is an
indelible part of that history. I believe it will be an asset to the
community and it's storied past, provided the final product exemplifies
and adheres to known facts about mob influences in Vegas. Mayor Goodman
should be well recognized at this attraction as a mob lawyer.

A mob Museum would be a great thing. It would show all the young
people today, there was more to vegas back than in it's time error. Not
like today with all the rides & lites if it was a Disneyland Today. But
I don't think to many younger crouds will care to know about history.
They go to Vegas to "PARTY". All you can do is hope they will come.

I for one like to hear or read about those times. I guess seeing the
old machine guns, shot guns, cars, and all the other type of weapons used
then are pretty cool. I also liked the clothes they had back in that
time area. I think it would be cool to take a step back in time, and I
think people from around the world would really enjoy it too. It does
not have to be a bad thing, it only has to be interesting. Alan

History is factual - and the "mob" is definitely the beginning of Las
Vegas as we know it. As long as it's not over dramatized I think it's
perfectly o. k. to bring back history. JO K

I am definitely not interested and have no plans to visit it when I
make my yearly trek to Vegas. Kathleen Cahill Dallas, TX
a lot of People drive 100's of miles out of their way to see where
Billy the Kid shot his way out of jail and into history. Why wouldn't
they take a short bus ride from the strip to downtown Vegas? I remember
once standing in a really long line to see the Bonnie and Clyde Car they
were in when ambushed. If done right it will be a big hit. I will be
there. Wayne San Antionio
I think it's a great idea. I will definitely go, and probably buy
some t-shirts. The history of Las Vegas is incomplete if the story of
the mob is not included. Michael Payne Woodstock,

it was a part of las vegas history and lore. it will be a huge
success. James Wolf Sheboygan,
Well, it this humble-man's opinion I think a Mob Musium might not be
a bad tourism business in Las Vegas. But, they should include a FBI
Musium on the 2nd floor overlooking the Mob Musium. They go
hand-in-hand. Or, is it gun-in-hand? I forget how it goes in this case.
One way to avoid repeating the past mistakes is to not forget them
(whenever possible) and a musium on Mobsters would be curious.

Well it does fit with the history of Vegas. I won't be interested in
going to it. Jesus Morales San Antonio
