Answer our reader Poll, win 1 free $55+ Show ticket!   Each Reader Poll, the 3 best replies each week will receive one $55+ show ticket! The 3 winners will be selected by Richard Reed, IVLV owner.

During a dinner conversation this past week with a couple casino entertainment directors the discussion turned to who would be the best entertainers living today that would draw the largest crowd for a showroom in today’s economic situation. So this week’s Reader Poll asks the question . . . Who would be the most popular performer you would like to see perform in a Las Vegas casino? We are not talking about the cost to attend, just which performer(s) would be the biggest attraction to see and why?  What is your opinion? We want to hear from you!

Reader Poll Replies:

I think Barbara Streisand would be the most popular person to fill any casino showroom.  Donna Cohen, NY

My money goes for the Rolling Stones as the biggest draw.  They have been around for years and have a huge following.  Roger D.  Ohio.

Robin Williams.  Probably the best comedian out there. His improv would make it so each show would be a little different. With him slowing down some from health problems, this would be a good time to have a show in Vegas.   Jed Verstein  Charlotte / NC

Dolly Parton, Kenny Rodgers and The coal Minners Daughter all together on one stage. I'll bet you could get more money for those tickets and pack the place every show.   Steve  sedalia,mo

I would nominate Johnny Mathis for he has been drwing crowds for years as Las Vegas is also the city for love and romance.  Chuck Middagh   Tucson, Arizona

Barry Manalow.   Robert Bliss

My money would be on Lewis Black.  He has a great show, fast wit, and his language will fit right in with Vegas.  G.K. Dallas TX

I think seeing Bill Cosby would be a great show.  Not sure if he is even doing shows at this time, but I saw him years ago and he was great.   Dan Powers  MI

If Oprah was to do a show, or even film her show from Las Vegas i bet it would be a huge success.  Cindi  J.  Miami, FL

I am a huge Rolling Stones fan and if Santana can become a house band for Hard Rock casino then the Stones can pack a showroom every nite.  Glen A.  Boston,MA

Robin Williams would be on my list to see.  I think he could bring in tons of people every night in Las Vegas.  Also, he has been around a long time and has a wide base of people that could relate to him and his humor.   Wayne Smith  TN

I would like to see Eddie Murphy do some type of Vegas act, for me that would be a show worth going to and make me laugh.   Howard Thomas  KS

Not sure what see would do on a vegas stage for an hour but I would like to see Cameron Diaz perform in vegas.  looking that good, she could just stand there and be a hit.  RR. TX

Paris Hilton: Her music is great, she's produced hits, and she possesses beauty and acting skills. I would like to see her perform live, up close and get to experience her talents firsthand. Plus the paparazzi follow her around like no other celebrity, and she is the celebrity with the most gossip posted on the popular This is because so many people are curious as to insight into her life.  Barry Feldhammer  Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Garth Brooks...He has been saying that he is coming back to the business... What a great venue for a returning super star that is loved by all.  Gail  Richmond, Maine
