Technology has come a long way in gambling. This week’s Reader Poll wants to know which electronic casino games do you like the best? (Video Poker, Mega Bucks, Wheel of Fortune, Keno machines, or any of the other 325 electronic style slot machines that is available.)  Why?
Reader Poll Replies:

I really enjoy the Wheel of Fortune slot machine.  I can play it for hours and have even won a few times.  Glenda B.  TX.

* I have always like the video poker games. They are less boring than slots. Martha Mantel  Palo Alto, CA

I prefer the newer multi-line one cent or two cent slot machines. For a small investment (at times) you have a chance to win a fair amount of money. Last July, we were in Vegas and my wife with a 20 cent bet won five hundred dollars on one spin on a 20 line penny machine at Mandalay Bay. In the past I have won 1,300 dollars in one spin on a two cent machine. I like playing to multi-line penny machines. you can stick a hundred dollar bill in
and play (depending on how much you bet) for quite a while. I like playing max credits, either 2.00 or 4.00 depending on if your playing a 20 or the new 40 line machines. My wife, on the other hand likes to play the minimum. A interesting side note, On the machine my wife won on at the Mandalay Bay, she was not sure how much she won. I was a few machines away and she called me over. I looked and told her that she had won 500 dollars, and then preceded to also tell her that if she was not so cheap and was playing max credits, she would have won the BMW Convertible. Intimate relations were shut down after that comment. I go to Vegas 2 to 3 times a year. and will be there Jan 19 - 22 playing my favorite machines. Chuck Merica

I like the mega buck also the slots.  Pete Daniels  Birmingham United Kingdom

* Personally I love the wheel of fortune game. I have never been to Las Vegas but will be there for the first time on May 16-20 with my parents and family for their 40th anniversary. I have played the wheel of fortune at our local casino before and love it. Also the fact that I grew up watching the show on TV all the time with my mom is why I love it.  Susan Taylor  Appleton, WI

I am a huge fan of "Texas Tea". Just by saying those words I can hear the music and the old Texan talking to me...calling me back to Vegas! (See you in 3 weeks) The game itself I love but I also like that I can find it in a secluded corner with a place to rest my elbows as I stare at the screen. I can set down my drink and relax and play hoping to strike black gold!  Ami  Gettysburg PA

* Wheel of Fortune. The game has a variety of win options, and the spin of the wheel is always a community event.  Ed Felix  Tucson, Arizona

* I like the Wheel of Fortune machines best. It's not boring. Each time you play, you have a chance to win BIG money with the spin of the wheel. It is not like sitting in front of other slot machines that you just plunk and pull. Thanks  Stacie Redden  Arizona

Wheel of Fortune. The spin adds extra excitement to the game.  Shaulis  Nanticoke PA

* I like the 2 coin quarter or $1 slots that are the diamond slots older but fun. My husband likes to play live poker 7 card or hold them.  Thanks Sharon

*   I like the price is right machines, they have a few types of machines, each with multiple bonuses.  Michelle Dumont  Pelham NH

I prefer playing video poker at various casino's, I believe the best odds of winning are on these type of machines, and they seem to be a challenge to myself.  Dennis Ramberg  St Paul MN

* Twilight Zone It is probably one of the best penny machines out there now the game is fun and the bonus rounds are exciting.  Chimp
