With the new year less than four weeks away, this week’s Reader Poll asks the question, with the new lower New Years Ever pricing ($75-$375 per person depending on show) will you be coming to Vegas for the holidays? If you do plan on coming to Vegas for New Years, will you be attending a show or just here to celebrate?  Why or Why not?  What is your opinion? We want to hear from you!   (see other opinions below)

This year will be my 14th straight new years in vegas and you could not keep me away.  The people, the energy, the excitement is out of this world.  B Davies  NY

While are plans are set for this year already, the attention that Las Vegas has gotten for the reduced rates have raised my interest and we plan to make it there for next year's celebration. We normally come to Las Vegas 2 or 3 times a year, but never for the New Year event.  Alan Szablewski  Brookfield,Il.

I am getting ready for my annual trip next week, two glorious weeks in sin city.  Bonnie Bakersfield CA

This year I convienced my husband to go for a 5 day visit to vegas for the new years, it will be our first time back since we got married there, 3 years ago.  I am looking forward to see all the new buildings and places.  Donna L.  Tampa FL

Sorry, cannot economically make it this year.  L. J.   Dallas TX

Because of good airfare and hotel rates, we are not going to new years in vegas this year but will be there in january.  Saves a bunch of money and we are getting to old for new years celebration anyway.  Karen & Bob  Chicago IL

I wanted to come this year and see the new cosmo hotel, but my friends just came back and said even though it looks nice, it was just another half finished building trying to attrack customers without offering anything new or different.  Hope it makes it.  Rhonda Atlantic City, NJ

Yes, looking forward to my winter / new years trip each year.  This refreshes my dull year and hopefully charges me up for 2011.  Stan G.
