Located high atop the Palms Hotel & Casino, Ghost Bar offers one of the best views of the city.  There really is not a dance floor, more of a lounge atmosphere.  People wonder from inside to the outside observation areas.  Dress code is strict, and the prices are not cheap.  Be prepared to stand in a long line, so come early and stay late.    

The nightclub opened in late 2001 and is very popular with locals and tourists alike.
