The most imaginable
vacation for me is to watch a boxing match with my dad and family. My Dad
never really watched a boxing match live. He worked all his life and he is
in his late 50's, I cannot afford to give him that gift that this point in
my life. To me that will be the greatest vacation to see my Dad watch a
live boxing match. And see him happy. And maybe have a drink or two.

This would be a dream if I
could win this for my sisters wedding present. I think she would love it. Diffidently
she would play at the casinos but most of all I think she would really
enjoy the history that Las Vegas has. Like... the Hoover Dam or the
mountain that you can go on at night to see the Las Vegas lights. All the
shows you have ENTERTAINMENT BABY!! I know she would probably make this
trip either here anniversary vac. or.. Just a vacation.. Why do you need a
reason to go to Las Vegas? All the LAS VEGAS shows.. and free things, the
food. I know she would love to go of course who wouldn't. I know the time
she would be able to spend there she would live it up like there were NO
tomorrow. It might not be the best time ( I ) would have in Las Vegas but
I know that I would here about the FUN time she had while she was there.
Please threw my eyes my sister (Mary) deserves this free trip.. thank you
for your time and I hope I had all three hundred words!

I have been married for
22 years as of April 24th 2003. We got married at court house and we have
never had a honeymoon. My dream would be to have a luxury suite and a
fantasy Elvis wedding. I also love to play slots and to have 2-300.00 each
day 2 days is enough to play. Also my dad is buried in Vegas I would love
to be able to have a rental car to drive to the VA cemetery to place
flowers on his grave. My brother lives in Vegas and I have not seen him in
3 years and his family. I would love to surprise my husband and tell him
to get packed we are off and not tell him to where til we get to the plane
to board. This would be so exciting and fun seeing as I have never been
able to do this. Donna Barlow Huffman, TX

My dream Las Vegas Vacation
would consist of arriving at the Vegas strip in a long white limo and
being dropped off in front of the Bellagio. Dwight Yoakam, Willie Nelson
and Kid Rock would greet me there and take me to a swanky dinner at a
fancy restaurant on the strip, that is after we watched the fountain show!
Then we would gamble and party all night on the strip. Catching the
dancing girls at the Tropicana and then venturing to old downtown in the
white limo. Upon watching the street show downtown, we would eat breakfast
at the Lady Luck (since that is who I will be feeling like Lady Luck at
that particular time)! Then back up to the strip in the white limo to the
Venetian. Dwight would sing me a twangy song, Willie would kiss my hand
good day and Kid Rock would pick up the tab for my room at the Venetian.
After sleeping and rising later that afternoon! I would slap myself in the
face because my husband is going to kick my booty! Viva Las
Vegas! Georgeann Gooding Seminole, TX

My Las Vegas dream vacation
would start with my fiancee and I getting married. We have always talked
about getting married in Las Vegas but never got around to it because our
daughter was born and had a lot of problems but now that she is doing
well, we need a break to get away. So the perfect vacation would be to go
to Las Vegas and have fun gambling and going to all the different shows
and to finally get married. That would be the perfect vacation for
us. Brandi Johnson Hazleton, PA

I fly into Vegas. Meet my boyfriend's daughters at the
airport. We see all the sites. Go to a casino. Win a jackpot. I take the
girls out on the town with the winnings. Have all the fun a little country
girl from the south can have. Fly home at end of trip. Have the best
memory for a lifetime! Frances

My dream Las Vegas vacation would be as follows: We own a
restaurant and work all the time. We come to Vegas once a year and I
search for months for deals to do the most and pay the least to be able to
come out there. We always bring one couple who has never been there before
and try to show them all we can. My dream would be an all expenses paid
for four including a suite, fine dinners, limo transportation, and all the
shows we could get to. Side trips to ghost towns and area spots like
Hoover Dam. We would like to be able to show the town in style without
worrying about coupons and discounts. We love to show off Vegas to
everyone. The grand finally would be to host a huge party for any of our
friends that could come out there starring Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton.

This year is our 30th wedding anniversary. I would love to
take my wonderful husband to Las Vegas for 2 weeks and stay at Bellagio
Suites. I have watched the Travel Channel and this hotel seems like a
"DREAM". We would have a daily spa treatment (massage, pedicure,
facial etc.) after a healthy room service breakfast. Afternoons would be
spent in the casino, I would play slots, he would play tables. We would
like to see a few shows. Dinners would be an "Affair to
Remember" and afterwards a "pass by" (Louisiana term for
visit) the casino. This would be my gift to my husband for his April 1st
birthday and it would not be April Fool! We would also celebrate our 30th
wedding anniversary. Rita

| My dream vacation to Las
Vegas would be to take my fiance who has been diagnosed, after seven
months, with a very dibilitating illness, so that we could finally get
married and then just enjoy ourselves with some shows, gambling and good
food. We can't remember the last time we had fun since he feels severe
pain all the time and I cant help but think that all the beautiful
lights and entertainment as well as us getting married might just take
his mind of this for a while and that would be worth it. Erin

My dream vacation would be to have my brother and his
girlfriend married in Vegas. Both have never been, and dream of someday
going. The four of us would be put up at the Paris hotel (it is love of
course). Free show tickets to see, Mystere at the Treasure Island and any
headliner that would be in town that week. Dinner followed by dancing at a
popular night spot, say Club 54 or similar would prove to be popular with
the ladies. To top it all off a helicopter ride over the strip at night.
These memories would last a life time and bring happiness into four
peoples lives. Thanks for the opportunity and God Bless America. Darren

My idea of dream vacation is to: 1) Arrive with spouse via
private jet, 2) Be taken by limousine to a 5-6 star hotel such as the
Bellagio, 3) My stay would last no less than 7 nights, 4) My spouse and I
would be personally tutored on how to play the table games, 5) My spouse
and I would experience all hotel amenities including personal concierge,
prime restaurants, spa treatments, top shows, etc., 6) My spouse and I
would experience catered tours of the major attractions and sites, 7) Our
return home would be the same as our arrival via limousine and private jet
and, of course, we would leave winners having thoroughly enjoyed our
experience. Jayna Querin

My Dream Vacation to VEGAS! Me and 3 or 4 of my closest
girlfriends takeoff coach class (although first wouldn't hurt:) from Tampa
or Orlando (air fare provided) and hit the city lights of Vegas! After we
arrive, we are picked up in a limo and escorted to a 4 or 5 star hotel
(included in Dream Vacation:) where we will hit the casinos and have fun,
fun, fun! Trip would include one or two free shows and dinner, and
we would be escorted around the streets of Vegas in a limo! During the
days, we would relax by the pool and splurge in the shops around town.
Nights would be filled with fun, food, shows and nightlife galore!
We have talked about going to Vegas for the last couple of years. There is
no perfect place for me and my girls to take a vacation. So, winning a
dream vacation would get us together and make it happen! O.K., even if
only one airfare and hotel is included! We could split the rest. I
also just got engaged and I know the girls are thinking Vegas for
Bachelorette Party! Stacia

My Las Vegas dream vacation would be me and my husband in
a Presidential Suit at Caesars or the Mirage. We would see Wayne Newton
one night , spend sometime breaking every casino we walked in. With all
our millions we would get dressed to the nines and renew our wedding vows.
We would watch the sun come up over the mountains above the city skyline
while drinking Champagne and Orange juice. Our last day there we would
enter a dream house give away, we would win a Two story house filled with
furniture on a hill over looking our favorite city Las Vegas. Kathryn

This would be a wonderful way to celebrate our 11th year
anniversary. My husband & I headed to Vegas the 1st time in 2000 after
being told what it's like by many people, & we've been going back
yearly ever since (it has become kind of a tradition). This year however,
the finances are not there & we can only surf the web to get the Vegas
effect (which isn't anything close to it). I guess this year the tradition
is broken. Well when we are able to go, my dream is to get a suite @ the
golden nugget, watch the Freemont light show & visit the new
Palms. Sharon Jaros

My Las Vegas dream vacation
would be to take my hard-working mother to Las Vegas to relax and unwind
from her two full time jobs. My mother who has raised six children has
never taken a vacation. Money was never available to pamper herself. So
this is my dream vacation, to take my mother and have her enjoy herself
and not have to worry about money. Thank you! Karen

My dream vacation to Las Vegas begins on the moving
sidewalks at McCarran. Was that Wayne Newton who just welcomed me to
Nirvana? Our bags are already visible on the luggage carousel, How
handy! I pick them up as my husband signs for and gets the keys to the
mid-size car (nothing flashy, comfort and safety is all that's required)
that is ready and waiting for us. We slip a few bucks into the airport
slots, a signal to the powers that be, that we have arrived. We arrive
at the ideal location (whichever hotel we booked for this stay) and all
we need to do is unpack, make sure the maid's tip envelopes are ready,
freshen up a bit and head out to the strip. We are standing in
front of the Bellagio fountains. The mist is cooling and the music is
soothing. We share a kiss as Frank croons Luck Be a Lady. Hand in hand
we stroll through the casinos. We eagerly feed the slot machines and
from time to time they reciprocate. We are alone in an oasis in the
desert surrounded by a thousand strangers, neon and the smell of money -
the world revolves around us. We play, and for five magical days we are
kids again, roller coasters, shows, video games, virtual reality rides,
slot machines, blackjack - winning a little here and there. We take time
to reconnect. No phones, no work, no demands on our time. Las Vegas is
for lovers and we are here. Ahhhh.....Vegas. Vegas is; Paris, Egypt,
Rome, Venice, New York and anywhere else in the world we want to go.
Vegas is; sudden riches, wonderful distractions, romance. Vegas is;
Shhhhh.....don't wake me, I'm dreaming....Luck Be a Lady tonight....

I love Las Vegas, I love the grandeur, the glitter and
glamour, the sounds of the slot machines, the excitement of entering a
casino, watching the people trying to make their dreams come true and
enjoying themselves…. Being in Las Vegas is always an exciting
experience: the excitement of trying to win a jackpot, dreaming of what
to do with the money: pay off college debts, send my parents on a
cruise, maybe buy a car….. Dreaming of what could be is part of the
Vegas experience. My dream Vegas vacation would include my best friend,
a great meal, a nice room with a strip-view…perhaps a small jackpot
– the excitement of hearing those coins fall….watching the Bellagio
fountains dance on Andrea Bocelli….And soaking in the
atmosphere.... Jung-Whan de Jong Los

Getting out of the airport and being greeted by your own
private limo. Then be driven to the hotel of your choice and being taken
to their best suite without standing on any line or checking in. Have a
reserved table available for dining at anytime at any of their
restaurants. Periodically win a few dollars. Best scenario: At the end
of the trip... BREAK EVEN! Robert

My dream Vegas Vacation would begin with a First Class
flight, a limo ride to Las Vegas's most expensive and most elaborate
hotel, where we would check in to our "High Roller" Suite, be
given money to gamble with (so we don't have to use our own), never pay
for drinks or food, and be treated like royalty for about week. It would
be heaven! Jennifer

My
wife and I would arrive at the airport and to our surprise there would
be a limo waiting and a host from one of the Casinos to pick us up. We
are told we have one a contest by booking a getaway with a travel agent.
We are told that we are going to be VIP guests at ??? and we would be
given a Grand Prize check for the amount of $10,000,000. We would then
have our family and friends flown in and have a wonderful week enjoying
life and the excitement of Las Vegas. We would have a limo available on
call to visit all the sites and casinos. We would take lots of pictures
and create a lot of memories. We would play at every casino for an
unlimited amount of time and sleep when we were ready. Eat at the best
restaurants and enjoy VIP service. We would see our favorite
entertainers perform and have excellent seats. We would visit Hoover Dam
and the Grand Canyon. Visit a spa and have a massage. Herbert

The dream Las Vegas vacation would be one of much
romance. I am getting married in June 2003 to a wonderful man who more
than takes care of my children and me. He has never been to Las Vegas
and we would love to experience it before we get married in place of
showers and parties. I think staying in a luxury hotel possibly with a
large whirlpool tub would be so romantic. We could surround the room
with candles and champagne. Then for times outside of our room I would
like us to visit any and all possible shows to experience the full over
the top feeling Las Vegas is known for. I would love to be able to take
in as much of the scenery, sights, and sounds as possible. They say
Vegas is the fantasy city and since we feel that we are living a fantasy
with each other and my children this would just be the icing on the
cake! Rachel

I would love to fly to Las Vegas first class and have a
limo waiting for my husband and me. The first week we would stay at
Bellagio in one of their private villas. We would eat a complimentary
dinner in one of their restaurants every night. We would be provided
with a free spa treatment each day. For our 10 year anniversary (this
June), we would renew our vows in the Conservatory. For the next 7 days
we would stay at the Venetian in one of their suites. During the two
weeks we are there, we would be provided with $5,000 cash to do with
whatever we wanted. And of course, we would hit the jackpot on Mega
Bucks! The trip would be relaxing, romantic, rejuvenating, and
profitable! Christine

I would love to bring my sweetheart to Las Vegas. He's
in the process of divorcing a woman who never wanted to go anywhere, and
he's always wanted to visit. We go to Atlantic City occasionally, but I
keep telling him Vegas is like a fantasyland. I've been to Las Vegas and
would love to give him this special trip. It would be a dream come true.
Thank you. Janice

Ahhh Las Vegas. Just saying those two little words sends
my mind daydreaming to the place my wife calls our "Happy
Place". I can picture our dream vacation now. We arrive at our
favorite Hotel, Treasure Island, with its tropical smell as you enter.
After a wonderful dinner at The Range Steakhouse, we hit the slots, our
favorite. We decide to play a little $1.00 megabucks progressive. On our
last pull it happens -Megabucks-Megabucks-Megabucks the Jackpot!
As the jackpot music starts playing and the casino personnel arrive, I
look up in amazement at the jackpot payout board and say wow
$307,456.00. a stranger next to me says that's not $ 307,456.00 that's $30,745,600.00. Before I know what's happening my wife and I are being
whisked away by security and hotel personnel to a special location. We
are greeted by camera crews and somebody takes our picture holding one
of those huge promotional gimmick checks with our names on it. We are
comped the presidential suite for the remainder of our trip of course.
The casino offers to fly our family out to Las Vegas to join us in our
celebration. Later that day we make two phone calls to our respective
places of employment and inform them that we will be calling in sick for
the rest of our life. No longer would we have to limit ourselves to 2
trips per year. We could pick up and go to our "Happy Place"
whenever we had the urge. Ben
Potiker Clifton Park, NY

Las Vegas is our entertainment each year, however, we
would love to be part of staying at the Bellagio, Paris, Luxor or a
great suite with enough funds to not have to worry about a budget!
There's so much to do and see, and we haven't seen it all yet! Would
love a night flight over the city. Joan

Winning! Anytime there is a vacation, it is
automatically a winner. Going to Las Vegas is the grand prize. I would
love to see Las Vegas my way: taking advantage of the historical scenic
trips to the surrounding wonders of the city of lights. I would love
spending a day of pampering at one of the fabulous spas before enjoying
a special star studded show with me in mind. I would love to have free
rein at the most fantastic hotel and casino with lots of chips, tokens,
and drinks. I would love to dine at the Las Vegas best restaurant while
being driven by chauffeur and carriage. I would just like to have fun,
forgetting the bills, the daily struggle and life itself for a moment. I
would love to win in Las Vegas by just being there, one more time. I
would love to see Las Vegas (or any other city) only with my husband,
Rodney, who is the soul-mate joy of my life. Winning and Rodney is the
best idea for Las Vegas (and me!). Beverly
Smith Rosharon, TX

| The
ultimate Vegas trip would start by getting out of this cold and into the
warm sun, and into the best room at Caesars and front row seats at
Celine's new show followed up by a rub down at the spa the next night
(May 10th) at Mandalay Bay to sit front row at Tim McGraw's concert,
shopping on the stripped followed up by lots of heavy gambling.

If I could have one dream vacation it would be to be to
get married to my future husband in Vegas. My future husband and I are
both hard working people who live on a tight budget. A dream wedding in
Vegas seems way beyond our reach. It looks more like a visit to our
local justice of the peace. I dream of being able to visit all of the
casinos, but most of all the Venetian. Just being able to visit Vegas
would be fantastic even if we had to stay in a Super8 motel!! We would
love to visit the Nascar track in Vegas and watch a Winston Cup race. If
given the chance we would do everything possible to to and see in Vegas.
Thank you very much. Sincerely, Courtney Timmons Lubbock,

"Elvis" and Las Vegas. When put together, I
naturally think wedding. This is my Las Vegas dream vacation story. I
imagine my fiance and I being whisked away to the glitz and glam of the
city. We go to a small wedding chapel perfectly dressed for the
occasion. As we stand quietly next to one another, "Elvis"
approaches us singing one of his trademark songs. The three of us go
through the motions of the traditional Vegas ceremony. A limo with cool
glasses of champagne awaits and we are taken to the honeymoon suite of
our liking. For the next few days, we are pampered in the city that
never sleeps. We see fantastic shows and walk together down the strip.
We gamble just a bit because you can't go to Las Vegas and not try your
hand at a game or two. When the honeymoon is finally over, we pack our
bags and go on a flight that will take us to the rest of our lives
together. Maranda

My dream vacation to Las Vegas begins at Hopkins Int
Airport in Cleveland. While boarding the place to Las Vegas, butterflies
well up in my stomach in anticipation. As soon as we land at the
airport, I can hear the bells and clinks of the slot machine. I can't
wait to get to my hotel so that I can start in on the fun. At my hotel I
just drink in all the magic of the casino. There is no better place to
be than to be in Las Vegas. It is truly a magical place for the kid in
every adult. Carmee

The dream vacation for me would be going to Vegas with
my husband & supporting our two close friends as they become husband
& wife. They have compromised how they want to get married (on an
island beach) since they told her family because each member has his or
her own idea on how they "need" to get married. It has gotten
to the point where our friends can't even discuss it anymore. They just
want to go to Vegas for a weekend & get married there. I just want
to support our friends (for over 12 years now) as they become husband
& wife with friends that support them in their own happiness. That
would be the best vacation ever in Las Vegas. Suzanne Skeens

Wow... A dream vacation to Las Vegas. My dream is to
take may family for a week! My children have seen the ads for
"Excalibur" and that seems to be a place that would provide my
wife, me and our 3 kids with plenty of pampering and entertainment. I
would love to take my kids to one of the "jousting" shows and
to take advantage of all the amenities that the Hotel offered. It would
be fun to have the buffets and just "laze around" in the
swimming pools. Of course we want to see the sights of the city and also
do some slots. We have a stressful life here in Minnesota- as we moved
here to care for my Mother-in -law who has Alzheimer's . What a blessing
a trip like this would be for our family- absolutely detoxifying!

Our dream vacation to Vegas would be to picked up in a
limo from the airport, and to stay at beautiful hotel and be treated
like king and queen for a day. As we walk into the room flowers
everywhere. Have a makeover for myself and get ready for the
evening ahead. Have a romantic dinner just the two of us with candle
light. Then after dinner a night on the town. This would be our dream
vacation in Las Vegas. Jennifer Madrid

I guess my dream vacation would be to fly first class on
the airplane (which I have never gotten to do) and stay at the penthouse
suite at Mandalay Bay, I know Vegas is not really for kids but I would
love to take my son to see David Copperfield, he loves magic, and the
look of his face, would be prize enough, oh and I have always wanted to
just sit down at a poker machine with a tray full of dollars and not
even fill guilty about spending them all. Tammy Masid

I would want to stay at the Luxor or Rio or the best
hotel there for 5 nights suits of course for free and free dinner 5
nights in a row! Debbie Tasker Las Vegas, NV

To fly round trip 1st class from my home town to Las
Vegas. Check into a luxury suite at the Flamingo. I would have
$5,000 to play slots with, all my meals will be FREE. I would see
Siegfried & Roy at the Mirage. To share this dream vacation, I would
ask my best friend, my Daughter to enjoy the splendor of a spectator
dream vacation. Doris Railey Griffin, GA

Around the world in 80 days? What took him so long? On
my dream Vegas vacation, I can travel the world in a week! I’d start
in New York, New York and view the fabulous skyline by taking an
authentic taxi ride (roller coaster) through the city. Then I’d head
to Egypt and the great pyramid of the Luxor, where I’d see the Sphinx
and dance all night long at Ra. I’d follow Aladdin to Morroco for some
desert shopping and a desert rainstorm and wonderfully exotic spices at
the Spice Market Buffet. I’d stop the next day for a Venetian treat, a
gondola ride through the canals followed by a relaxing massage at Canyon
Ranch, before jetting off to Paris for some tasty French cuisine and a
trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Next I’d travel through the
Sahara and then with the pirates to Treasure Island. I’d end my
journey in great old-time Las Vegas, down on Fremont Street where the
lights, sights and sounds of the Rat Pack and Elvis live on, and
hopefully win a little spending cash. Sarah Hirsch

I am a mother of two beautiful children whom I would do
absolutely anything for if I had the resources to do so. However, I am a
university student, thus my resources are limited. My thirteen year-old
daughter is totally infatuated with Celine Dion and she constantly
dreams of going to Las Vegas to see her in person. She would give up all
her adolescent birthday gifts just for this one dream to see Celine in
concert. My children are my happiness and my only dream is to make sure
they are happy. Therefore, my dream vacation at Las Vegas would be to
take my daughter on her dream trip to see Celine Dion in concert and
hopefully witness her meeting Celine in person. I would love to spend a
week or even a day in the glory of my daughter's happiness. My
daughter's happiness would be a dream come true for me and most
definitely for her. My heart would soar with glee if I were to witness
my daughter's smile or even tears as she watched her idol in concert in
the city of bright lights-Las Vegas. Caroline Humchitt

My boyfriend and I just got back from Vegas, and we
already want to go back. I think my dream vacation would consist of
being picked up by a hotel's private chauffer (on loan to us of course),
and being driven to Paris. While checking in to our standard room, there
would be some sort of mix-up, and we would be bumped up to the penthouse
suite. After relaxing and freshening up, we would go to dinner across
the street at the Bellagio before catching the show "O". While
walking through the casino to the restaurant, we would of course hit a
jackpot on one of the slots. After the show, we would celebrate our
winnings by going dancing at either 54 or Rum Jungle in Mandalay Bay.
Then next day we would take in the Nascar adventure, a helicopter ride
over the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon, and test our nerves on the roller
coaster at the Stratosphere. That night, we would dress in our best to
go see a Las Vegas showgirl show, possibly Jubilee!, and finish the
night on the blackjack tables at home in Paris where we walk away with
some extra change in our pockets. The next morning after breakfast, our
chauffer, takes us by Mandalay Bay to see the shark reef on our way to
the airport. Once again, we luck out and finish the trip by getting
bumped up to first class on the flight home. Now. that trip would be
incredible!!! Katy Haworth Norman, OK

My husband Houston Schooler and I just got married on
December 31, 2002. It was a very small wedding (maybe 12 people were
there). In November of 2002 we bought a small house. We have yet to go
on a honeymoon together or to go on any trip for that matter. We both
love Vegas so much. We are very much in need of a honeymoon therefore
Las Vegas would be our Dream Vacation. Thank you for offering this trip.
We have gotten such bad weather this winter. We have been stick in 12
inches of snow and ice this week and were are getting a lot more
everyday for the next five days. We are very much in need of a vacation
where it is warmer. Angie Kelly-Schooler

My dream vacation in Las Vegas would be to actually have
time alone w/ my husband! A romantic get-away of sorts:) He is in the
Coast Guard and for the past 3 years has been gone on patrols for up to
90 days at a time. We really need time to "re-connect" as a
couple!! He would have his 2 favorite things in one spot...his favorite
vacation destination & me!! Colleen Moriarty

I wanted to have a vacation with my friend, yet I could
never afford to even go to the a restaurant dinner or such. I know that
life doesn't give you anything that you don't earn, but I wanted to try
because I believe that there's never an end to hope. This is the
reason why I wanted to have a vacation. Exhausted, as if the energy just
taken from my body, I felt like everything just slap me underneath the
cover before the winter morning even rise. Molding my thought, but its
like I build my day with misconception and doubt. I don't have the
breath as the year goes by because of the weight baring unevenly upon my
shoulder. Torn between the implication of my parent heart and my own. I
am not able to committed to myself or of my parent. The burden battered
into my life like fighting a war, a battle that have no ends. I feels
like being buried underneath a pile of dust yet it still hold strong
upon my embodiment. My heart grow thinner day by day yet I could
recollect myself due to the circumstances of my unfortunate shell in
life. Anyway, Thank you for taking the time to even gaze upon my
uneducated portion of my life. Tam Bui Memphis, TN

How great would it be to fly
first class? I may never know. My dream would begin there. When our
flight landed it would be wonderful to be greeted by someone who would
wisk us away in style to some fabulous hotel. Not having to stop and
check in and etc., we would be shown our room which would have a hot tub
and candles. There would be wine and other goodies awaiting us. We would
be treated to a small shopping outing to pick out a few necessities. A
new outfit to go to dinner and dancing later. After a night on the town
we would come back to our room and sleep in the next morning and awake
to breakfast in our room. Then we would spend the day walking the strip,
gambling a bit..stop in see a show. The day would wind down w/ a trip to
a spa for a massage and seaweed wrap. Then off to our room for a nap,
and light dinner. Then back out to see Las Vegas at night. When
completely exhausted we would climb into the hot tub and relax. After
that we would fall into bed for a good restful sleep so that we could
wake up the next day to find some more never experienced
adventures. Sharon Grandmaison Fort wayne, IN

First of all, please be indulgent to my language
mistakes because as you will see English is not my mother tongue. Thank
you. "The American Dream" – Like many French people I
am attracted to the United States and Las Vegas is a part of this
dream. The Las Vegas trip of my dreams would first consist of a
small wedding, just the two of us, in a very simple but romantic and
intimate chapel. But before that, I can imagine we could spend a
few hours pampering ourselves for this great event. Massages, body
care treatments in a spa and this relaxing moment would end in a
hairdressing and beauty salon. In the evening we could have a
candlelight dinner in a famous restaurant with a fine view and a sweet
background music. We could spend our wedding night in a suite with
jacuzzi and all the modern conveniences. The day after we could
have our breakfast in our room and make time to enjoy our first day as
husband and wife. For the rest of our stay I can imagine we could
explore the city : visit the hotels, the Strip, see Fremont Street, the
museums, all the attractions, do some shopping and discover many other
points of interest that I do not think about for the moment. Then
we could rent a car and drive to Red Canyon, fly in a small plane over
the Grand Canyon and have a tour by helicopter to see Las Vegas by
night. Last but not least, we would go to Hoover Dam and Lake
Mead. A trip to Las Vegas would be an unforgettable experience and
probably the best vacation imaginable. Catherine Pacaud

"Take your pick...Disney Land or Las
Vegas?" The plane trip was smooth and non-stops all the way!
The hotel was beautiful just like in my dreams. The food was awesome!
The shows were spectacular...better LIVE than retold! The nights were
endless filled with excitement from dinner and shows to the constant
harmonious sounds of slot machines going off! Everywhere you look,
people are having a great time and you can see it in their eyes and
smiles! In Las Vegas everyone's a WINNER because whether you got lucky
hitting the jackpot or just there for sights and sounds...YOU were there
to experience it all! And someday you'll look back and say "Viva
Las Vegas, that's what it's all about!" So, as I sit at the
airport awaiting our flight to Vegas for the very first time, this story
was told to my family. "Wow, I can't believe we are actually going
to Vegas! This is definitely going to be the best 1st family vacation
ever! Now, take your pick...Disney Land or Las Vegas?" The
kids shout out "Viva Las Vegas"!!! Cathy

The dream vacation in Las Vegas would be to live the
life of a High Roller for a day. Experience everything they would right
from the very start. From flying in on their private jet, being swept
away in a limo. From gambling in the casinos' high roller private area
to having all the best seats in the house at all the spectacular Vegas
shows. Once the excitement of gambling is done for the day retiring for
the evening in the High Rollers luxury suite complete with a pampering
massage. Debbie Barbour South Park, PA

First and foremost, first class air flight with
champagne toasts are in order here. I would take my best friend and we
would whisk away and stay in the Penthouse suite. I would then be
rolling along to all the casinos in my wheelchair and being toasted
everywhere I go!! I would fly around the city to see the sights and I
would definitely see Carrot Top....maybe even get to meet him. He's so
cute!!! We would party day and night and then head home in the same
style we arrived....a little more tired but a lot happier! Donna

300 words or less.... WoW! Vegas needs many more
words to describe it, and what would be the best Las Vegas Vacation
imaginable. Here goes...2 First Class airline tickets, rock-star limo to
the Bellagio, Penthouse Suite with the chocolates on the pillows,
breakfast in bed, pool time, couple hours in the spa, dinner at a 5 star
restaurant, see Danny Gans Show, hit the tables and win, a little
dancing and a nightcap, watch the Bellagio fountains from bed as we fall
asleep, wake up and start all over again! Now that's living Beth

| My Las Vegas
dream vacation would be to stay in the Excalibur hotel. I think it would
be a very magical stay. I would be like a child at Disneyland so full of
excitement and very energetic. I had the opportunity to visit Las Vegas
in February of 2003 I had a wonderful time although I think it could
have been better if I had known the location of the different hotels and
casinos. It was my first real vacation and I didn't have all the
information needed. I would like the opportunity to visit again but I
know that because of finances it would be a very long time before that
would happen. I am looking forward to a romantic and fantastic
vacation. Carol Luckett Cleveland, OH

Las Vegas is the ultimate dream paradise. A place where
an imagination can run wild, no matter your age. A place filled with
excitement, yet sprinkled with a touch of mystery. My ultimate dream
vacation would consist of my husband and I, along with two other
couples. We would stay for only a week because I would probably start
missing my dogs. We would stay at the MGM Grand for two nights, then
Mandalay Bay for two nights, and end at The Venetian. A different show
every night with dinner and drinks would tame my wild side. An unlimited
cash flow would make me feel like a star, however; winning big would
make me faint. The opportunity to renew our vows would add that reoccurring
spark every marriage needs. The cherry that would top the sundae would
be running into someone famous and hanging out with them for awhile.
Then we would head home with tons of memories in our pocket and hopes to
be able to do it again. Jennifer Garcia Belvidere, IL

My dream Las Vegas would be taken this year as it is our
25th anniversary...We would fly free to Vegas and stay at a luxury hotel
for free after being picked up by a limo from the airport. We would be
guests at some wonderful shows in honor of our anniversary and be given
a grand tour of some of the sites. We would then be given a convertible
to drive in the sun to the Grand Canyon for the day and return to gamble
in one of the best resorts.....It would truly be a vacation and
anniversary to remember and a grand tribute to our long lasting love and
friendship with each other :) Thank you for considering my entry. Joyce

show like "O" or the Pearl Jam show that is coming up on June

On June 1, 2003, I announce to my husband that we have
won a free Las Vegas vacation and we will celebrate his 50th. birthday
there! Our family of four packs our bags and fly out west to Las Vegas
where we are greeted by the contest executives and driven away in a
white full service limousine. We arrive at our Hotel with a bottle of
Asti Spumate and non-alcoholic grape wine chilling (our sons would
really enjoy the celebration, too!). A box of imported chocolates
sitting on the table and the jacuzzi just screaming "try me
out"! After a chance to settle in and absorb the
"spirits", we set out to dine at the most elaborate
restaurant, compliments of Insider. We proceed to a night filled with an
Elvis Presley impersonator (which our boys would love to see!!) show and
entertainment. Returning to our room to "try out" the jacuzzi
that was screaming at us earlier! Get the boys settled in for the night
and venture out for some really serious slotting and roulette!. Rise the
next morning to have a wonderfully prepared breakfast of bacon, sausage,
scrambled eggs, toast and orange juice. Set out to explore the rest of
Las Vegas with the kids. Checking into the most affordable hotel for the
rest of the weekend. At which point the reality sets in and we at least
have a one night of glorious memory of "how it would be
like"!! Mary Able Bloomington, IL

A dream vacation? What is that? My dream vacation would
be a fancy hotel, formal dinners, limo's, winning a big jackpot right

class airline tickets and all the lobster I could eat. My dream vacation
would be a Vegas vacation with all the toppings! Kelly

My dream vacation would be to fly into Las Vegas at
night, when all the city is lit. After arriving at the Airport, I would
like to be picked up by a stretch limo and delivered to my hotel.
Luggage to be checked in and delivered to my room with a jacuzzi. The
room would also be overlooking the strip. A nice basket of wine, cheese,
crackers and fresh fruit waiting for me in the room. Then to have at
least several hundred dollars of cash to gamble away and if lucky win
money while doing this gambling. Eat a seven course lobster dinner and
return to a little more gambling and then to my room to relax in the
jacuzzi tub. Take a nap and go out to a sexy night club would be next on
my agenda. I would like to shop at the Fashion Mall and buy several
pairs of shoes from Norstrom's the next day. I would like to repeat this
daily routine for four or five days minimum without the worry of any
time elements. One of the days in Vegas, I would like to visit the
mountains and see the wonderful view. Would
also like to visit Lake Mead and possibly a trip to see Laughlin area.
If time allowed, I would even like to investigate the job openings and
housing in the area. Would like to visit various buffets daily. Lynda

The Ultimate Las Vegas Vacation. Who has not always
wanted to come to Las Vegas. All the exciting shows and all those bright
lights would set anyone dreaming of spending at least two weeks
exploring the terrain. With my family in tow, I would head straight for
the famous Las Vegas strip! The Venetian, The Bellagio, The MGM Grand,
The Aladdin, The Mirage and Treasure Island. Who could choose, I want
them all! Therefore I would stay in each of these wonderful places 2 to
3 nights each and explore them all, sampling the fine cuisine as I went
along. I would spend some time in the world class spas being pampered
beyond imagination. But since this is Las Vegas, I would definitely make
time to eat one o those big 99 cent Hot-dogs and 1.50 Strawberry
Shortcakes made famous on the Food Channel. I suppose some time would
have to be spent seeing the natural wonders outside and so forth and
that would be nice as long as you can get me back in time for one of
those big all you can eat buffet dinners. I imagine that would really be
something. And I would love to see the daylight turn to dark thing at
some shopping place I heard about. That sounds so cool! Judy

Although I have been to Las Vegas several times, I am
recovering from serious surgery and it would be wonderful to stay at one
of the really good hotels for a change, have lots of free meals, be
pampered in a spa and good hair salon, have some gambling money and a
chance to really rest and relax. I lived in Las Vegas several years, but
I have never had the money or time to really enjoy everything it has to
offer, including the fabulous shows. I would like to bring my daughter
with me who is just finally graduating from college that she attended
while raising her family of our kids and working full time, and could
also use a real vacation. Thank you. Marianne Goodman

My husband and I have been happily married for 14 years.
When we were married, I was still in nursing school and had finals the
next week and my husband had to return to work, therefore, we didn't
have a chance or money to go away on a special honeymoon. I would love
to surprise my husband with a trip to Las Vegas for my 15th year
anniversary. We would stay in the best honeymoon suite. Drink Champagne.
Gamble, gamble, gamble as we both love to play Black Jack. We would see
"O" as I have heard so many great reviews on it. We would dine
in the finest restaurants. But most importantly, we would spend quality
time being together as a renewal of our wonderful 15 years
together. Kerri Lamance Missouri City, TX

I have never been able to afford a vacation to Vegas, so
my dream vacation would be to go there and experience the scenery, and
to be able to afford it. Laying back in a casino, drinking drinks,
pulling on the slot machine, then being able to go up to a nice room
with room service. Not a care in the world for a few days, having others
cater to me. It would be a dream come true to go to Vegas!

My family of 5 would love a vacation together we have
been through a lot as a family and with all the things that go on in
your life to take a vacation always seems to be the last thing a family
can work out with there schedules so I thought I would write and tell
you my family is so special to me we have been through a lot and we are
still striving together its hard to explain to kids why you cant have
things or why we cant go there always something to stop us from sharing
this time if we one I think my family would see the life we have in a
different light the reason I say this because the lights been dark for
us and I would love for them to see there is more out there for us as a
family and how much I love them. Sharon Parcell Elk Grove

I am coming down the escalator in McCarran Airport on
what is another two day trip of reigned in dreams. Once again I realize
am in Vegas trying to live a little while checking what's in my wallet.
I respect my money but I yearn to be the big player who approaches Vegas
with play that could cripple a casino's bottom line. In trade for my
wonton recklessness I would receive luxury, pleasure and total
fulfillment of the human ego. I snap out of my reverie. Ahead of me,
drivers await their high rollers. I glance at the names on the cards and
to my astonishment one has my last name on it. I balk. Then I say to the
driver, "I am Mr. Lehmann.". He does not question my full
identity and quickly we depart to the Bellagio. I relax into the big
soft leather seat. Across from me, my girlfriend has a scolding look.
"I took a gamble and at least for the duration of this short ride
it paid off.", I tell her with a tone bravado. But soon fear creeps
back into me as we arrive. "Mr. Lehmann welcome to the Bellagio"
says a host. "Ah...thankyou" I retort, expecting the worst.
"How was your trip from Benicia?", he returned.
"What...oh fine.", I say with bemusement that goes unnoticed.
"Good. Your penthouse awaits sir," says the host. I can't
believe it. All this really, SOMEHOW? is for me. My girlfriend's face
becomes aglow under the flower sculpture. Never had she looked more
beautiful. At this moment I know that I will have the perfect vacation.
Then together we take our first steps to our penthouse and into a
seemingly larger world of Las Vegas. Karl Lehmann Benicia, CA

I would like to take my wife to Las Vegas and let her
have a full day in a spa. We have 3 kids and no family in town, so our
time away is about nothing. We try to go to Las Vegas once a year. Every

needs to feel like a queen. A nice dinner and maybe gondola ride. To
stay in a nice hotel and just be treated like royalty. George

My wife and I have been to Las Vegas, so this is not for
us...rather I would love to take my high school graduating son to see a
couple of production shows in Las Vegas. He has been accepted at
Northeastern in the performing arts program with a focus on design. I
have seen Mystere, and would love for him to see that and also
"O". We are planning a trip in late June, and hope that we
will be able to get tickets for him to see the shows, also wonder if
there is a way to get to see the backstage area. Las Vegas is so
diverse...there is nothing in life that can not be seen here. It is a
city that has no explanation...and no apologies. We wonder if there is
reality here. Scott Seaver New Gloucester, ME

| My dream
vacation would be taking my three grown children, and their partners to
Vegas for one week. My husband and I have gone to Vegas once a year for
17 years. I would love to be able to show Vegas to our kids. It is
impossible to describe it, so I would like to show it to them. I always
sum it up by saying "it is like being on another planet". I
would like to take them to see Celine Dion for sure. Legends in
Concert is always very good. The Excalibur has a pretty terrific evening
show, and of course the show at the Tropicana. And taking a trip down
the strip to old Vegas in a limo would cap it all off. Maureen

I dream of going to Las Vegas because I have heard so
much about, but never had the opportunity to go. I would love to see all
the beautiful hotels, casinos and shows. I heard that Celine Dion is
going to be playing in Las Vegas starting this month and I really would
love to see her. Every time I see the great hotels on TV, I am so amazed
as to the splendor of them. It reminds me of Universal Studios, where
they have these enormous backdrops of buildings or full cities, but
there fake. I would like to see the reality of the magnificent
buildings. I really want to go and try my luck at gambling too. I have
been to Atlantic City and it was a lot of fun but I can only imagine
that it is nothing like Las Vegas. Well that's pretty much it, I want to
visit Las Vegas for the following: Architecture, Gambling and
Spectacular Shows. Steven Morales Hollywood, FL

My dream Vegas vacation would be for my husband and I to
bring our three grown kids and their spouses, along with our 5, soon to
be six grandchildren. The dream part is that we would have enough money
to show the kids the best of Vegas for children 10 and below, their
parents the best of Vegas for young adults, and the time and money to
see the highlights for those of us called baby boomers. We would rent a
large van and explore the countryside surrounding Vegas. There are so
many wonderful sites to see and things to do inside and out of Vegas! We
would win enough money to make our upcoming retirement more comfortable,
help the kids out and put money away for the grandkids' future. We have
been to Vegas many times. We have won and we have lost. But we have
always had a great time. My husband and I and our children would renew
our vows with the youngest generation to serve as witnesses. The family
and I would visit and swim in each of the wonderful pools Vegas has to
offer, laze in the tropical gardens that take you away from the
congested, traffic filled areas, and visit the white tigers. We would
visit the dolphin exhibit, see the volcano, watch the sinking ship and
watch the jousters. Where else can you go to see mid evil times, jungle
animals, sea creatures. pirates and flaming volcanoes, not to mention
talking statues, all in one place! I guess it doesn't take anything
special to make a dream come true in Vegas--being in Vegas is in
itself---a dream vacation! Jane Pellow South Bend, IN

When asked about Las Vegas,
everyone knows its the city of lights and it is the city of fun times.
The best vacation would be to go and stay at a really nice luxurious
hotel, a hotel that only exists in Las Vegas, with bright lights and
happy go-lucky people everywhere. The weather would be gorgeous and you
would be able to go out and just have a great time. Doing fun things
such as shopping, gambling, swimming, tennis, to the ever so popular
going out on the town at night. Night time is probably the best time
because there are the beautiful lights and water shows. The best trip
would be going to Las Vegas and experiencing all of this and more with
friends and family. Rajini Gopalaswamy Hamilton, NJ

My wife has a fear of
flying. I love Las Vegas and have always dreamed of taking her there.
The lights, the glitter, and the desert air all mix through my veins
like no place on earth. To conquer her fear of flying and allow her the
chance to experience the gem in the desert like I have is a life long
dream that could only be accomplished by winning a trip. To let her feel
the glamour and excitement that this city has to offer, to see it's
sights, and live the life that only Las Vegas can bring is a dream that
I have, not for me, but for her. Gene Speed Saint Louis,

| Nothing wrong with dreaming
about Las Vegas and wanting to win jackpots and be treated like a VIP,
but that is not exactly my dream vacation. I just simply like the fact
of being in Las Vegas, that is like a dream to me. Everywhere you look
in Las Vegas is the extremes of another person’s fantasy coming to
life. Whether it is a billion dollar casinos or a $0.99 shrimp cocktail,
the flair of Las Vegas is unmatched throughout the world. Vegas is a
dream that everyone should enjoy at least once. Hundreds of Indian
casinos throughout the US have capitalized on gaming, but not one comes
close to Vegas. Walking the streets at 2am, never hearing last call,
viewing some of the most gorgeous women in the world, the upscale
restaurants and the list never stops. Each time they build a new casino,
it just adds to the dream of Las Vegas, each owner trying to surpass the
other casinos. It is truly the dream of a gangster more than 50 years
ago to take the small desert city and turn that city into a mega-resort
where the masses and the wealth can play side by side, and best of all,
it is working. Whether your bank account has millions to bet per hand,
or a few nickels to insert in a slot machine, Vegas gives each person
the ability to dream and that is dream vacation I want as often as I can
get to Vegas. Vegas is a dream come true every time I visit. Frank

My dream vacation would start with a limo ride from the
airport to one of the fancy hotels on the strip. The bellman would
carry my bags and escort me to the penthouse. The view from my room
takes my breath away! As the sunsets over the mountains, the lights of
city start to twinkle below. The evening begins with dinner at the
Eiffel Tower Restaurant. After dinner I head over to Caesars to enjoy
Celine Dion in concert. After the show a limo takes me to the Rio to
savor a few cocktails and the view from the Voodoo Lounge. Before
heading in for the night I stop off at the blackjack tables or play a
few slot machines. Luck is on my side tonight, I sleep with a smile on
my face looking forward to tomorrow. I rise to a knock on my door.
It's room service with fresh brewed coffee and sweet smelling pastries.
I enjoy both while taking in the view from my window, and then it's off
to the spa for a morning of pampering. Lunch is at Wolfgang Puck's Cafe
at the MGM followed by an afternoon of shopping. The evening is a trip
downtown to enjoy Fremont street, the light show and some gambling. (I'm
still lucky tonight) The evening winds down with dinner at Circo at the
Belagio watching the fountains dance and enjoying Italian pasta with a
bottle of wine. Another night ends with blissful sleep! Day 3 is a trip
over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and landing in the Grand Canyon for a donkey
ride to the bottom of the canyon. Back to Vegas to enjoy a relaxing
evening dinning and dancing at my hotel. Wow, what a
trip!!!!!!!!!! Ellen Jensen West Salem, WI

My DREAM VACATION to Las Vegas would include my sisters.
I would love to go out on the town with them and cruise the strip! To
enjoy a night of shows and great food! It would be great to win big! and
most of all, to be with my sister patty! She has cancer and I want to
have some wonderful memories with her in Las Vegas! We came together
last year and it was my first trip! I LOVE Las Vegas and can think of no
other way to spend "special" time with her! Joan
