Dream trip, why dream I am moving to Las Vegas and leave the last 30 years
of my life in the fast lane. Give me sin city and let the fun begin.
The only part is a dream is dreaming up what I want to do next.
Debbi Walker Chicago IL My
Dream Vegas Vacation would be, able to spend time on the games. Of course.
To have one of the best suites over looking the lights of Vegas. Which has
a huge size bathtub filled with bubbles, champaigne, and able to eat
FruitLoops with my honey. Get all dressed-up to catch a show or two. Hit
the NightClub, for a little dance and drink. Have a dip in a jaccuzzi...Then
back on the floor to play the games again. Maybe even get married. To whom
I have been with for 13 years. to Have My Family Get To Watch Me Get
Married. Not just to wait for it to happen. That woul be my Dream Vacation
in Vegas. belinda goldstein keego harbor MI
To break the casino of at least 12 million dollars. Joseph
Bruckman West Seneca NY
My dream vacation would be my husband and I alone in a
warm glowing area of the strip in Vegas, no kids, no work, and no stress.
We would have a beautiful room in a top hotel with a heated pool and
endless use of the spa. It would be full of romantic dinners, eye catching
specticals, fantastic concerts and plenty of money for the casino's. It
would be all about living every minutes and experiencing all that Vegas
had to offer. That would be my perfect dream vacation. tracy

My ideal Las Vegas trip would start as I arrive by plane
with a limo waiting to take me to my luxerious suite which has a
spectacluar view of the Strip. I would go out for a evening of shows and
clubs and slots. Of course if this is my ideal trip. I would win big and
party all night. Even though I may not always get this dream VIP treatment
in Vegas it is still my favorite place to go. You can forgot you worries
and just have fun. Brandi Drew Huntington Beach CA
The Las Vegas dream would begin with lights in the dead of
a Nevada night... and lots of them. A glitzy, glittery hotel would be the
lauch pad to casino nights, concerts and cabarets, and walks up and down
the strip. A day trips to the Hoover Dam is a must. But most days would be
enjoyed at the pool side, with a cocktail and a good book, forgetting the
winter weather that I left behind. Joel Charlebois

My dream vacation would be to come to Las Vegas with my
partner and 2 adult sons age 21 and 22. We just inherited some money and
would love the opportunity to turn it into big bucks in Las Vegas. I feel
a trip to Las Vegas is like seeing the world with all the different themes
in the city. While there it would also be great to see the desert. We are
from NY and have never been out west. I think Las Vegas is the most
fabulous place on earth. Would be like seeing the world in one spot.
Pam Hennessy Buffalo NY
What would you do, on a trip so true,
to see the lights, on a very dark night.
Go to the show Mamma Mia, it is the ABBAsolute best,
no need to be worried, about being overly dressed.
A show for all ages, with glitz and some fun,
you will see for yourself, it is number one.
I dress up in my silver, and wear my silver wedgie boots,
my sequins are fun to wear, at this ABBA tribute.
Mother of three, work part time in sales,
a hectic schedule, no time for nails.
Take me away, let me relax and learn,
I know when I go, I most definitely return.
Vickie Shamp Port Angeles WA
The ultimate dream vacation
to Las Vegas starts with a relaxing flight in first class from Dayton, OH
to Vegas. On the flight, my husband and I eagerly await the warmer Vegas
weather! We arrive in Vegas and travel via private limo to our ideal hotel
destination, a stylish, spacious suite at Mandalay Bay. Our dream vacation
includes a shopping spree and makeover before renewing our wedding vows at
the Manadalay chapel. 2008 marks 10 years of marriage for us and we would
love to celebrate this milestone in our favorite city! For my husband, a
dream would be to play in a poker tournament in Vegas. I enjoy the shows
in Vegas, so being able to see Cirque due Soleil's "O" or "Ka" would be
wonderful! Our favorite place to relax, drink and eat is Toby Keith's bar
at Harrah's. Anytime away to enjoy each other's company is a dream. If we
could do this in Vegas, it would truly be a dream! Thank you for
considering us for this wonderful offer!
Kimberly Dorner Springboro OH
I have always wanted to go to Las Vegas and my friends and
I are graduating this year. We have always wanted to take a trip together,
but could never afford it. We want a trip that we can always remember. We
are leaving college so we may not always have a chance to do something
like this again. Please pick me! We have always dreamed about going to Las
Vegas and seeing the amazing shows and having fun at the casinos. Then
spend a day at the spas. My friends and I deserve it, it has been a rough
year and this would be the dream vacation if we got to do all those things
that I listed above. Whitney Hughes Champaign IL
My dream vacation to Las Vegas. My husband and I wake up
in a deluxe room at the Luxor, sit in the in-room jacuzzi drinking our
coffee for about a half an hour. We get up, get dressed and keep the
appointment at the Retirement Village that we are going to check out for
retiring in Las Vegas in the following year. We get a tour of the
Retirement Village and then come back to our casino to relax by the dollar
slot machines. What, a jackpot? Great! Now we have enough money to retire
right now! Goodbye kids, goodbye grandkids, we love you, it's mom & dad's
time now to enjoy what time we have left. What better place to retire than
Las Vegas! Cindy Kocol Algonquin IL

I've got 2 good girlfriends, and thanks to the recent
divorce of one, we're all just over 40 and single. Las Vegas is calling.
I've never been to Vegas, so I'd definitely want to explore and indulge.
We'd have to stay at the Mirage and pretend we had money to waste. We'd
lounge all day at the pool, wear outrageous bikinis, and work the cabana
boys hard, getting us drinks and granting frivolous favors. Nights (all
night) would be spent on the strip, for all the glitz and decay. I don't
think we'd be straying far from the Mirage and whatever act catches our
fancy. If not Siegfried and Roy, we'll simply pop in on the strangest
show playing. No pop singers, I want Vegas oddity! I have this vision of
the Mirage as a playground you never have to leave. I would like to lose
my midwest khakis and become party of the scenery for a time. I do want
to see the Bellagio, to sort of mix things up with a little finery. And
I've been told I have to take a gondola ride in 'Venice.' The most
challenging part of our Vegas trip will be letting go of 'tourist' and
becoming a true participant. I'm not a gambler, but playing the slots
might be just the thing to help me join the all night party that, I'm
told, is Las Vegas. Joining the action and really experiencing the city
vibe, rather than simply observing it, would be the best imaginable Las
Vegas vacation. Jill Oviatt Ann Arbor MI
My husband has never been on a real vacation. Our 11
year old Daughter is a dancer and I think the best thing in the world is
to give them things that they have only ever dreamed about. I would love
to surprise them with a trip to Las Vegas complete with the shows and
tours etc. How do you show love in 300 words or less? I am the only
member of our family who has been on a real vacation and I think this
would be the opportunity of a lifetime. My husband is a carpenter and
works so much just for us to make ends meet. I would love to give him
this gift for his 38th birthday (March 31). Thank you so much for this
opportunity. Donna Butterwick Lethbridge

Men, Booze, Gambling,and
everything that goes underreported in the sweet "Sin City".
olga rivera ossining NY
Firstly, I am so grateful to even have an opportunity to enter such a
contest! When I was 16 years old, (1978), I travelled on a group tour
across Western Canada and the U.S. I still today have fond memories of
this experience but I recall Las Vegas standing out as one of the cities
with a vibrant energy and spectacular entertainment. Obviously this city
has developped in leaps and bounds since that time and as an adult with
a family, I know that the experience would be exponentially different
with my own new perspective. What is fascinating is that I believe I
would encounter some sense of familiarity and hence feel as if I was
returning to something warm and safe. Many people I know have visited
Las Vegas and I always hear the same thing, "this is a place I want to
return to over and over again". I think that is what probably makes this
city unique and distinguish itself from the rest, that people look
forward to return to experience both a fantastic familiar experience and
an opportunity for a completely new one! I would be so excited if my
entry was picked and I could truly understand the common phrase,
"whatever happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas"!

IVLV_Las_Vegas_Dream_Vacation= My dream vacation would
be to stay at the Flamingo in a luxury suite. I would love to go to the
April NHRA event in Las Vegas. I have never been to Las Vegas so this
would be an experience. I would also like to know what it feel slike to
gamble in one of the many casinos. Slot machines I think would be the
most intriguing for me. Finally I would like to see all of the sights in
the surrounding area including the famous Hoover Dam.
Bonnie Orban Alpena MI
Las Vegas has so much to offer. My dream Vegas vacation would start
with a gourmet meal at one of the premiere restaurants. Since this is a
"dream" vacation I would splurge and have a calorie enhanced dessert
made with chocolate, with some kind of creamy topping. Then I would take
a walk along the strip taking in the wonderful sights, gawking at the
lights as I made my way towards one of the many casinos. The whole time
the energy and excitement of Las Vegas would be absorbed through my
body. There's no feeling like it. I would make my way through the casino
doors and pause as I tried to comprehend the amazing scene before me.
Hundreds of people playing slots, black jack, craps, roulette. The
ding-ding-ding of slot machines paying out along with the shouts of
those who had just won big fill the casino. I play a few games, coming
out ahead of course. Then it is off to a show. Only in Vegas can you
find such a selection of first-class entertainment. A Cirque show would
be a good way to start the vacation. After that I would have to walk
back along the strip, this time stopping to be awed by the Bellagio
water fountain show. As the water dances to the music I can feel the
miles between Vegas and home expand. Then I watch the volcano erupt fire
in front of the Mirage. After that it's on to the Sirens show in front
of the Treasure Island. Now THIS is a vacation! Eventually I make it
back to the hotel, exhausted, but happy. Vegas happy. The next day I
take a trip to the Grand Canyon, or Red Rock Canyon to enjoy the only
thing that can compete with the strip, the natural wonders of the
desert. Jason Holtz Benson NC
If I were to win this contest, I would give it to my
daughter and her husband who just returned from Iraq serving the Navy.
They have two beautiful girls. One thing they both wanted to do when he
returned was go to Las Vegas, but have never been able to afford it. My
daughter is a stay at home mother earning her college degree. I would
love to give them the chance to experience good food, great shows and
lots of lights. Please help me make this a reality for them. Thank you,
Pamela Hockenberry Hollywood MD

My dream Vegas vacation would be to just go to Vegas. I
want to take a friend who has only flown twice in her life and wants to
see a movie on the plane. We always go to Foxfwood to play the slots and
we need to move up to the big times and do Vegas. The dream Vegas
Vacation would be shows, casinos, and fremont street. Lydia

Ray Charles sunglasses! I need them! Yes! Lights so bright at night;
sights so wild to the eyes; Luxor pyramid light reaching the sky; and
airport runway lights so amazing at twilight. Action so mighty on the
strip! Dazzling shows; famous people aplenty; exotic cars never seen
before; visions of riches unimagined; and the promise of the fast life.
Sounds of slots teasing those with the promise of wealth unimagined! The
feeling of opulence in the halls of marble, glass, concrete, and gold.
Past stories of the gold of the fabulous plundered wealth of the Spanish
with their sailing galleons burdened with vast treasures. Spanish coins,
goblets, and gem encrusted swords envisioned! Wonderous adventure at the
pull of a lever, a roll of the dice, or a lucky flip of a card. Hope
springs eternal. Temptation aplenty with eye candy all around. Some say
perhaps fantasy but perchance real. An experience all should take while
on earth! A film director's delight of sight, sound, and action! All
spelled out in the Las Vegas experience! Take a walk all down the fast
lane and be free for awhile once more! Breathe life once again in
renewal and adventure. Be young once more. Breathe the fresh air and the
ultimate high! The adreneline flows, the blood pumps, the heart races,
and the eyes flutter once again. Yes the fountain of youth renewed by an
unforgettable experience. All should embrace this treasure again and
again until that wild thing in all is exhausted. We shall never be free
until the experience of Las Vegas is in our blood and soul. These eyes
shall remember that time forever and may never see another like it
again! Ah Las Vegas I shall never forget it. What a trip! Wow factor!

A dream vacation in Las Vegas is just being there. The
no rules, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas is a dream in itself.
Breaking the bank in Vegas is also a dream for me and anyone else who
visits, but its not going to happen so why dream about it. The perfect
scenario: A nice suite, Margaritas by the pool, a beautiful casino host,
a massage at the spa and no clocks. Yes, the perfect dream vacation in
Vegas is just being there. Bill Chesapeake, VA
