Spending a weekend in Las Vegas with my better
half, gambling, eating, attending shows. Carl Todasco
Bloomingdale IL |

The perfect Vegas Dream Vacation for me would
be my wedding. I'm not married yet, but I'm engaged. My fiancé and I
would love to get married at the Excalibur in Vegas. I've always loved
the medieval era so it would just be wonderful. We both want an outside
wedding in a garden-like setting and that can easily be done in Vegas.
Then, we could stay at the Excalibur for a few nights and see their
tournament show. That would be a truly wonderful Vegas vacation.

I would love to fly first class to Las Vegas.
I would love to be picked up in a limousine and not
have to wait for bags and taxis. I would then like to go he Casino to
gamble and have champagne all evening. I would then love to go to
some stage show such as Celine Dion or Wayne Newton. I would love to
have a penthouse suite with a Jacuzzi tub. I would love to have a
massage and have my nails and hair done. I would love to dine on caviar
and have steak or roast beef. For dessert a flaming dessert such as
cherries jubilee. Marsha Arditti Windsor ON Canada |
|
When I go to Vegas I want to do it ALL. I
would love to stay in Caesars Palace or the Bellagio. I want to see all
the shows. I want to sample delicious food. I would hope to win Big time
in the casinos. If time permits I would love to take a helicopter ride
over Hoover dam and The Grand Canyon. Vegas is Fun and I want to have

To me, I have always wanted to go to Vegas
just to see everything lit up at night and to see how beautiful it is
and possibly see a show while I am there. I do not care to gamble too
much so going from casino to casino is not a huge issue. I never had a
honeymoon, and had actually had planned going to Vegas to get married
but it did not work out as planned and I just can not get my husband to
take me to Vegas just for a few nights. That would be awesome to win a
trip then I can say to people, yes, I was there and it was an awesome
vacation! Laura Steeves Mounds View MN |

My husband and myself flying out to Vegas, a
limo awaiting us at the airport terminal, the hotel would be very
expensive looking and cater to our every wish from fresh flowers to warm
towels. Each day our breakfast would be delivered to our beds for us to
enjoy. then each afternoon we would have $1000 each to play the casino
with, and after playing we would have gift cards to spend at stores and
then to finish off the night we would have unlimited access to any show
we wished to see. And before we left Elvis would remarry us for old time
sake & fun. Sharon Sharen Brampton ON Canada |

My dream Vegas Vacation would include my
fiancé and our 2 very sweet children. We would fly to Vegas and enjoy a
big buffet to start! I would love to see Celine Dion and meet her
backstage and her beautiful son! Also, I would love to take the
kids around to see the many things in Vegas! Most of all, I would
love to finally have the chance to get married to my fiancé of 5 years!
All these things have been my dream for many years! Amy Moreau

We were married in Vegas 3 years ago and lost
a ton of money. So our Vegas Dream Vacation would consist of getting
back to Vegas and entering the World Poker Tournament and winning FIRST
PLACE!! After winning the tournament we would then become known as
Whales! Stay in the finest hotel, see the best shows, and gamble for a
week with the High Rollers and play Texas Hold Em till we can't see
straight! And never forgetting "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" -
Ya sure - we'll tell the world Tesa Vassar Loveland CO |

It would be wonderful to go to all the shows,
stay in a wonderful hotel room, gamble (hopefully win a million!) and
eat at an all you can eat buffet! Joanne Ekins Lachine PQ

My Vegas Dream Vacation would be to remarry my
husband again as the first time around was so much fun and to do it
again in Las Vegas would be a blast especially having an Elvis
impersonator for a minister would top it off. After we get married we go
to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway to get a taste of what Mario Andretti
has experienced as a race car driver. We would then go get lost on the
Hoover damn tour and of course go see the M&M world. After all of the
fun and adventures we would then go to the Bellagio for some lucky
chances in striking it rich in the casino. Then off to go see David
Copperfield. Finishing off the night we would retire in the New York,
New York hotel. For this we would require some privacy. (wink, wink if
you know what I mean) Next morning sleep in and then eventually go have
breakfast at The Caesars Palace. Since we had no luck in striking it
rich last night we thought we would give it a shot again this morning.
After winning the jack pot we decide to look at real estate once a house
caught our eyes we instantly buy it and move in. Las Vegas--we love it
there so much. Debbie Janson Jasper AB Canada |

I would arrive with my mate, and with no kids.

My Vegas Dream Vacation would include my

I will be retiring this year an would like to
have a place in Vegas. Richard De Bellis CT |

I think that the best Vegas vacation that I
could have is with my best friend. The first thing we would do when we
got there after checking into our hotel would be to start walking the
Strip. We we're told it would take 2 days to walk it all but I think we
could do it faster. Of course we would have to go in to most of the
casino's to either look or gamble a little or maybe a lot. I would love
to be able to find a great bingo hall down there so we could play. It's
our favorite thing to play next to slots. I would love to be able to
take a trip to the Hoover dam and to the Grand Canyon. my sister showed
pictures of it from her trip and I can't wait to see it in person. I
would love to see some of the shows they have nightly, or if my husband
came with instead we would love to renew our vows, not at a drive
through type place but one where we can have a romantic ceremony and
maybe small reception. Although it would be just as romantic if it was
just us sharing our love. I would like to sit by the pool of my hotel
and not have to worry about life's problems while I soak up the sun. I
think I would like to take in a magic show or at least see some kind of
show with dancers. I like to go shopping in all the different shops. I
can't wait to see the Freemont Street Experience with all it's lights
and sounds. To be able to see the whole city at night with all the
lights would be the most awesome thing ever. Linda Schultz

My Las Vegas dream would be to enter an adult
playland where I am not responsible for anyone or anything other than
having fun. I would be able to pamper myself in a beautiful room - eat
when I wanted to and share the experience with a girlfriend. I would be
able to watch shows and gamble all night and not have to get in a car
and fight traffic jams or schedules. I would not wear a watch and for
the first time in the last 50 years be selfish, selfish and selfish. I
would have money to gamble ( truly a dream) so that guilt wouldn't
plague me over how the money would be better spent on the grandkids. I
might even buy an outfit for myself that didn't come from a yard sale
worn by someone else. Something flashy and totally different from my
housefrau image. My hair and nails would be done to glitter just like
Las Vegas and I could "get my groove on" for a fantasy weekend.

My ideal Las Vegas vacation would be to stay
at an upscale hotel on the strip (either Bellagio, Venetian or Wynn),
have a limousine at my disposal, eat in the best restaurants, relax at
the pool during the day with a visit to the spa for a fabulous massage &
see the best shows in town! WOW... Terri Spiegel Delray Beach

My dream Vegas Vacation would be to visit
again on a happier note than the first time. My husband and I went to
Vegas in January for my companies corporate sales seminar. Neither of us
have ever been Vegas so my husband came along for golf and fun. Sadly to
our dismay on the 2nd night there we got a call that his father passed
away and we had to catch the red eye home and what a nightmare that was
at the airport. Security was a mess, it was 1:00 am, we were very
distraught and almost missed the flight. To us going back alone would be
a dream vacation to be able to experience Vegas like we had intended
seeing a show, visiting the casino's and going to the canyons. In any
event my story is not exciting it would just be nice to visit just the
two of us spending time together exploring.
Thank you. Nancy Bryant Boca Raton FL |

I imagine my Vegas dream vacation to be a
holiday of leisure, excitement and unreal experiences. A place where I
have the opportunity to catch a show at any time of any genre. A holiday
where I can fly over the grand canyon by day, And night time gamble with
the chance of perhaps winning some back. Bethany Kill

My ideal Vegas trip would consist of having
the most beautiful room ever, laying out by the pool, gambling and
watching a show at night. My dream would be for everything to comp for
free and for us to walk in any place we'd like and be able to gamble and
eat at any place we'd like. It would be ideal because my boyfriend has
been in Iraq for 9 months and just came back home. I want to take him
away for a weekend to spend time with me and to take his mind off of the
hectic life he led for 9 very long months. It would be the most
wonderful surprise for him. He has not been to Vegas in many years and
seeing the different hotels would be awesome! I am hoping this trip will
give us a chance to spend time alone so that we can share special
memories of the big city! Vegas would definitely bring him back to
reality to go dancing and do things that he hasn't done in so long.
Laying by the pool and being able to be waited on and sitting in the sun
and having a limo drive us around and comping us the entire trip. I dare
to dream, but let me tell you...his heart would drop to even get a
moment of peace away from the stressful work environment.

I had always dreamed of flying to Vegas first
class with my best friend Linda. We would be picked up by a limousine
and driven to one of the many beautiful hotels on the strip. We would
have first class accommodations and tickets to the best shows. We would
visit every casino on the strip and only sleep when we were exhausted.
We went to Vegas once and we laughed every day. We played the slots
until our pockets were empty. We had so much fun. Linda is only in my
heart now as she passed away this past February at the young age of 52.
I now have a new friend who will never take Linda's place but has found
a special place in my friendship bucket. Her name is Marianne. We are
very much alike and to our surprise, we realized our birthdays in
October are only 3 days apart. I would love to do the same with her,
knowing that Linda would be with us in mind and spirit. Girlfriends
together in Vegas? What could be better? Memories for a lifetime. Please
give us the opportunity. We promise to have fun. Judy Newton

My wife and I make a yearly summer trip to Las
Vegas. Our real world has its many stresses and trips to Las Vegas are
the escape from that real world. I believe our four-day trips add an
extra four days a year of living to our lifetimes. The extent to which
we can enjoy what Las Vegas has to offer and just how far from the real
world we can get is limited by budget. We always enjoy a nice room,
great food, and pampering service. We gamble our full daily limits,
enjoying the ambiance of many different casinos. We sight-see and, as is
our custom, take a day to walk the strip and complete the treasure hunt
for discounts and freebies. The most ideal trip to Las Vegas, however,
would be the one without a budget where money was no object. That trip
will begin as a first-class flight from DFW on American - the beginning
of our cares and wishes being someone else' cares and wishes. Someone to
greet us (and take care of us) and a limo will be waiting at the Las
Vegas airport. The limo will deliver us to the Mirage (a place we are
familiar with), but instead of a Deluxe room, we will be escorted to our
Penthouse Suite with fresh flowers waiting. The room will be used and
enjoyed extensively - the view of the strip will be inspiring. But the
fringes will also go a long way to remove us from the real world. That
is the priority seating (no line waiting) to shows and dinners and
priority tee time at the golf course - the royal treatment. The ultimate
indulgence will be to experience every spa service. Wayne Hoffman

My dream Vegas vacation would be to stay in a
beautiful 4-5 star hotel. Be treated like a celebrity. A day at the spa,
wonderful meals. Then I would like to be whisked off to one of the top
shows and be seated and treated as royalty. Only, to win big at my
favorite game, the slots. Ves Chilcutt Canton MI |
|
My best dream vacation would be to just get to
Vegas and stay for a month. The first week I would do all the
tourist things and get my bearings on what is going on in the 24 hour
city. Next week I would spend in the casinos by daytime and the
nightclubs by night. The third week I would see the adult sites of
the city. The fourth week I would check myself into the hospital
to make sure I have not hurt any vital parts before my trip back to
Jersey. Frank W. New Jersey |

My husband and I have been married for 22 1/2
years, and never really had an honest-to-goodness honeymoon. We have
always dreamed of going to Las Vegas, so our dream-come-true would be to
win a trip to Las Vegas for just the 2 of us; fly first class; stay in
one of the newer 5-star hotels in a first class room, and be pampered
like we never have been. We are especially fond of the Luxor and the
Bellagio in shows we have watched about Vegas. Big rooms with even
bigger 2-person bathtubs; meals brought to the room; swimming every day
and dancing every night - these are some of our greatest fantasies. We
also love sight-seeing and bright lights, and have always wanted to see
Blue Man Group, Cirque de Soleil and many big name Vegas acts. A week in
Las Vegas would compare to winning the lottery for us, as it is
someplace we have always dreamed of going. It has to be one of the most
vibrant and exciting cities on this planet and we want to see it up
close and personal! Lynn Nunn Oklahoma City OK |

The perfect vacation in Vegas would be for me
and my husband to renew our wedding vowels and have a second honeymoon
in Vegas. We decided to have our wedding in Vegas almost three years ago
at the Chapel of Love. We thought it would be simpler and more about us
instead of other people if we went by ourselves and I am glad we did. My
husband still talks about how much fun we had on the slots and going to
Circus Circus getting on the rides, shopping, Going to the different
hotels and restaurants, playing the many casino games. we are in our
20's with two children but felt like teenagers. We stayed up all night.
It was so fun just to look out the window at three o'clock in the
morning and still see people out enjoying themselves and having a
goodtime. So if we had a chance to do it again we would enjoy everything
from the buffets to the slots to the nightlife. So I am hoping that we
will have another chance at Vegas we are going to have an even better
time than before. Angelica Dodson Indianapolis IN |

A Las Vegas trip? What is there to look
forward to? Well, I've never been there but with all the news and
pictures and for what my friends who gone there describe to me, that Las
Vegas is a exciting place to go and visit and have some fun. Either it's
a family trip or just a couple, visiting Las Vegas the place to be.
Recently, one of my friend went there for a reunion, she told me that
she was very much satisfied with the trip even though she and her
daughter was there for only 3 days and 4 nights she wished she was able
to stay for a longer period of time, she told me that hotels and places
are gorgeous and exciting. There's a lots of things to do at night
(watching shows, dining in and even only strolling at night from street
to street in the downtown Vegas. Casinos are the best place to spend
time if you are feeling lucky to win and experienced the excitement of
your life, just looking at all the lights at night is a joyful sight to
imagine and with all the fun show that are there to watch you can not
have all of it in just a week. But most of it I was dreaming of someday
to be in Vegas to visit Hollywood and maybe able to see my favorite
stars and even watch some television show live or tape. Just having my
picture taken with the view of the famous Hollywood logo will be my
dream come true, but most of all, I would like to experience the night
life in Las Vegas, those Vegas show where this city is famous, hotels
and famous casino, that I can play, gamble and enjoy my night.

My Vegas Dream Vacation would be for my
husband to feel well enough that we could visit and have an enjoyable 3
or 4 days away from his pain. I love to play bingo and he likes to pull
the handle on old time slots. I would love for him to get to enjoy an
helicopter flight over the dam and the Grand Canyon. Knowing that we
will never be able to drive it because of his back leaves us at a
disadvantage for any vacation nearly. Renewing our vows after 14 years
would be a high spot we both would enjoy. It took us 40 years to find
each other and only 5 years for his job to take his mobility away
completely so now we dream of a Vegas Vacation every year for Christmas.
Thank You. Isabell Powell Oklahoma City OK |

My dream Vegas vacation would be a high
rollers (whale) trip. I would love to spend a weekend playing high
roller slot machines. I am always afraid to play those machines, but
dream about doing it. I watch the slow "Vegas" and dream of being rated
a "whale", with all the VIP treatment that goes along with it.

6 nights seven days for four in the New York
New York with $1,000 dollars a day spending money. Maybe a car rental
for a couple days so that we can go and see other things and a
helicopter ride. First class roundtrip straight flight tickets for 4
people. I was a young mother at 17 and now my daughter is 21 and my
greatest accomplishment. I sacrificed everything for her 21 years and
now she is a wonderful young woman and I would love to show her a nice
vacation that we never had for her 21 years. We live in Florida and have
never been anywhere. I was never able to have anymore children and had
to have a full hysterectomy at 30. I am currently going back to school
full time so that I can get the education I always wanted and then I can
work harder to afford a nice vacation for myself and hopefully my
daughter as well. Please choose us for this vacation. We do not want
much, just a nice time. Nancy Hoewischer Hilliard FL |

The best Las Vegas vacation imaginable would
be...flying in first class and staying at a nice hotel. I would have a
wonderful vacation spending quality time with my loving, generous,
beautiful, sweet family. I would have the time of my life seeing all of
the Spectacular shows and my husband would be in heaven with all the
gambling. This would be a wonderful opportunity to give my daughters an
experience of a lifetime. They love to shop and experience different
environments. We have never been on a real vacation before, so my family
would be so grateful and overjoyed with excitement. Going to Las Vegas
would mean the world to me and my family and we would greatly appreciate
this wonderful vacation. Thank you for your time. Theresa

The ultimate Las Vegas vacation, for us, would
make it possible to mend some bridges with a son who has abandoned the
family. He is now living somewhere in Las Vegas, and though we attempted
make contact with him both via the internet, mails, and even tried to
meet him on our last trip to Las Vegas at any location of his choice, he
has refused all attempts to make contact. I have that feeling I know why
he has chosen to brake contact, an incident that happened a number of
years ago when he turned 21. He went "out on the town" in Boise, and
managed to over celebrate, to the point, the local law enforcement found
him attempting to sleep it off on a bench. They called us sometime after
2 in the morning asking me to come down and pick him up, or they would
run him in. I went down, and during the trip home, mostly out of
frustration, told him that I was going to have his genes checked to make
sure we were actually related. As drunk as he was, he somehow remembered
that comment, and has held it against us ever since. Of course, we would
also take the time to visit the many other offerings while in Las Vegas
that we have not had the opportunity to see, but the main reason for our
next planned trip is just to try and mend fences. Donald Oremus

My dream vacation to the proverbial sin city
would begin with my 1st class flight, where I could stretch my legs and
sip champagne in comfort. Upon landing in Las Vegas, I would be met at
the gate by my limo driver, who would whisk me away to my suite at the
Bellagio, with the promise to return at my whim for sightseeing jaunts.
Once I arrived in my room, I discovered a beautiful gift basket prepared
just for me, which included my favorite candy....chocolate cherry
cordials! The porter then informs me my tickets for the dinner show will
be waiting for me at the desk, and reminds me I have the services of the
spa and personal masseuse at my disposal, should I feel a bit stiff from
my long flight. My dream vacation also included slot vouchers, and I
spend one whole day casino-hopping playing slot machines until I am
exhausted. This would be followed by more relaxing and a dip in the
pool. One more big show, a fabulous dinner, and I would have the memory
of a lifetime! Lauri Rogaski Long Island City NY |

Las Vegas is a dream vacation for me in so
many ways. As I started college and began experiencing life I thought of
Las Vegas. Las Vegas is a place were dreams come true every day and so
many people begin their lives as a married couple there. It is a place
that reminds everyone of what it really means to live life to the
fullest. The first time I visited Las Vegas I had just turned 21 years
old and I couldn't believe a place like this existed. Soon after my
first visit to Las Vegas I got engaged to the man of my dreams. We have
been together for over five years and are happily looking forward to
getting married in the next year. Now Las Vegas holds a dream vacation
and a new life as his wife. The dream vacation in Las Vegas for me is
marrying the man of my dreams and being in a place were life truly means
something. Amanda Orosco Midland TX |

My dream vacation in Vegas would start with a
first class flight and limo ride to a great hotel with a lovely room and
a bubble bath every night in a big tub and lots of Coca-Cola on ice. A
day riding horseback in the desert ending with dinner by a campfire
after a glorious sunset listening to coyotes howling under the stars.
The next day would be spent playing slots and I would like to learn how
to play poker and roulette. I would spend the evening having dinner at
the Paris or Stratosphere restaurant overlooking the strip. I would want
to see a show with one of my favorite stars. I would love to meet
Siegfried and Roy....I miss their show and hope for Roy's full recovery.
I would want to go to Ethel M's chocolate factory, see Wayne Newton, and
visit a ghost town. I want to visit the Indians in the Grand Canyon. I
want to take a cruise on Lake Mead. I would love to come when they are
having a Rodeo. I want to do everything--visit the Rock Art sites, go to
the car races, see the mustangs....but the absolute best--would be to
win enough to buy a house and live in Vegas. One can dream.....

My VEGAS dream is about to happen in October
when I am going to marry one of the world's most wonderful men. We are
staying at my dream hotel (The Mirage). It is my dream to get married at
the fountains of The Bellagio but Just getting married to him anywhere
in Vegas is my dream. We would love to win enough money to cover the
expenses of our trip and since he is a sign builder/sheet metal
fabricator, I would love to see our names in lights. I guess if I get to
dream big I would love to do unlimited shopping at the Forum and eat at
all of the famous restaurants (seafood every night for me please). I
would love to be driven from casino to casino in a limo and be flown
back home, at the end of our stay ,in a private jet. But I don't really
dream big, so I'm sure that our wedding vacation will be my dream come
true. Tracy Masny Rochester NY |

I would take my best friend to Las Vegas to
have 5 days of Girl time. We would hit up the town...It would start with
first class airfare to Vegas, 5 nights a 5 Star hotel, all expenses
paid, spa treatment, a huge bucket of benjamins for shopping, VIP
listings at Club 54 and any of the hip clubs. (Different one each
night), awesome seats to Elton John, Celine, 'O' and David Copperfield,
a limo to take us around at our pleasure. This would be the Ultimate
Vacation for two girls from Canada to live the moniker of "what happens
in Vegas stays in Vegas". It would be a dream come true because we have
talked about going to Vegas ever since we first met. Saving for
University, books and general expenses has cut that dream short. We are
both graduating soon and think that would be a wicked Christmas trip or
Spring break trip! We could use some pampering, some culture, some life
experience, some fashion, some casinos, some sin and some fabulous
relaxing serious FUN! After all, who doesn't need a little fun, a little
sin and a major memories before venturing into the big world. Please Mr.
Reed, make our Vegas Dream Reality and we will be your poster girls for
FUN!!! Brooklyn Prior Ottawa ON Canada |

Going to Las Vegas is like dream come true for
me. I would be able to see the wonders of the world that has gathered in
one place. Also, I would love to enjoy walking into the malls and
watching those great old stories in the malls. Furthermore, it is very
lovely to see that each hotel have their own specific shows during day
or night of the dancing fountains of Bellagio to fire of the Forum
theatre in the center of the mall to the fire fountain of the Treasure
Island. I would love to go on the a vacation to Las Vegas the city that
never sleeps to enjoy a little fun. Roshan Salamati Davis

Swept away by limo to Bellagio. Enter luxury
suite where champagne and strawberries await my husband and I. Change
into evening wear and go to Top of the World restaurant for dinner
overlooking strip. Next we would see Celine Dion in front row seats.
Later, we would go to back to Bellagio to play blackjack while drinking
Cosmos until the wee hours. The next morning (wearing comfy shoes) we
would explore as much of the strip as we could. The Luxor for breakfast,
Excalibur, Tropicana to see Comedy Stop, MGM, New York, Bellagio to
watch fountains and then have lunch at their buffet. Visit Bally's for
slots, explore Paris and see Eiffel tower, and eat supper at LE Village
Buffet. We would finish the day watching Pirate show and Bellagio
fountains. On the third day it would be off to the Grand Canyon via
helicopter. We would have a birds eye view of Hoover Dam and the South
side of one of the 7 wonders of the world. We would visit Bright Angel
for lunch and stop at the viewing areas. Upon return we would visit
Freemont Street Experience and I would play in a Texas Hold'em
tournament at Binion's where I would dominate the table and finally show
my husband that I am a good player. The next day we would shop at
Caesars forum shops, ride gondola at the Venetian, visit Imperial
Palace, Golden Nugget, and shop Gamblers general store. Back to Bellagio
to relax in the pool and rejuvenate at the spa. Next we would change
into party wear, be picked up by limo and party hop the hot spots like
Olympic Gardens, Ghost, and Ice. As you can see I have it pretty well
planned out even if it's a little overzealous. Hey, its Vegas Baby!

My ultimate Las Vegas vacation would be for my
husband and I to take a private plane from my home city and stay a a
nice hotel suite (Bellagio would be nice). I would like to have a
shopping trip to the fashion mall, gamble at a high stakes table just
for a couple of hours to see what it feels like to be a big shot, then
spend the rest of our time going from casino to casino playing the
slots. Then I would like to take a helicopter ride above the Grand
Canyon and over the bright lights of Las Vegas and a river raft trip. I
would like to eat in the best restaurants. I would also like to see all
the big name shows that I have wanted to see, but budget wouldn't allow
like Celine Dion, Cirque de Solie "o", etc. Then the absolute ultimate
fantasy of this trip would be to renew my wedding vows with my husband
at a nice wedding chapel with flowers and champagne. We couldn't afford
a wedding when we got married. Just he and I fly to Reno on a Friday,
got married on Saturday and flew home on Sunday. The Chapel was awful
and dirty, the minister who married us had tattoos all over him and he
looked like he just got out of prison. We were so disappointed we didn't
even have any pictures taken. So to be able to renew our vows with
pictures and everything, and spending quality time with my husband, as
we both work very hard seven days a week, would be a very special touch
to our Vegas Dream Vacation. Jacqueline Wilkins Seattle

The ultimate Vegas vacation for us would be a
celebration of our 10th year wedding anniversary. We would be able to
travel the world while staying in one city. It would be our chance to
have the wedding and honeymoon that we never got to have. We would
definitely take in a show or two, eat at some of the best restaurants
and try our hand at both the slots and table games. Las Vegas is such an
exciting city that we would try to take in as much as we could in our
stay there and still have many reasons to come back and experience all
the things we missed. Chad Lindsay Wichita KS |

Being in Las Vegas I would find the most
romantic place in town and purpose to my girlfriend. We have been dating
off and on for 10 years and I would do anything to get a chance to show
her how much she means to me by asking her to marry me in a beautiful
place. Geoff Dye Ottumwa IA |

My dream vacation came true last year.
September 14th was the day my wife and I arrived in the beautiful Las
Vegas airport. We were married less than 24 hours before in a small town
named Alamogordo, NM. My wife had never been to Vegas and this was my
second trip. She was stunned by the lights, the people, everything. We
went to every show possible, we ate at every buffet, we partied until we
were sore. I loved seeing the excitement in her eyes, like a five
year-old on Christmas. We spent every day walking up and down the strip,
exploring each casino like it was a new city in itself. We created many
memories of this beautiful city. So many that when we returned to
Alamogordo, we felt empty and bored. We saved for six months and finally
moved here. Now we are able to spend every day exploring a new city and
reliving our honeymoon like it will never end. Thank you great Las Vegas
for making our dream vacation a reality. Troy Hansen Las

My dream Las Vegas vacation would start out
with a limo ride to the airport for me and my Mom. We would travel first
class on the airplane from Detroit to Las Vegas. A limo would pick us up
at the airport in Las Vegas where we would be taken to a strip view room
at the Venetian Hotel and Casino for a six night/seven day stay. We
would be given $300/day for gambling money. Our dinners each evening
would be a mix of fine dining and casual, so as not to have to dress up
every night. The first night, dinner would be at Tao Asian Bistro at The
Venetian. The next night it would be off to Noodles at the Bellagio for
dinner. Night three, dinner would be at 3950 at Mandalay Bay. On the
fourth night, we would feast at Emeril's at the MGM Grand. Night five
would take us to Gonzalez Y Gonzalez for Mexican food at New York New
York. Our last night would be a superb seafood dinner at Buzio's Seafood
Restaurant at the Rio. At the conclusion of our glorious stay in Las
Vegas, we would be taken by limo back to the airport where we would
travel back home first class. We would end our trip with a limo ride
back home to Waterford. Cynthia Holsworth Waterford MI |

My handsome hub and I take off on First Class
on a non-stop plane to Vegas. After the limo ride from the airport, we
check into Caesar's finest suite and sit down only long enough to sip
one glass of champagne. Did I mention that the room is filled with
yellow roses? How did the hotel know they were my favorite? Uh oh, we'll
need to hurry because I have to change into my designer dress for our
private dinner with Wayne Newton and his lovely wife. Can't be late!
After dinner we are off to be Wayne's VIP guests at his show. And of
course, there's the after-party - I can't wait to swap parenting stories
with Celine Dion. But wait! As we are leaving the hotel for dinner, I
can't resist putting one quarter in the slot machine - just one time -
and guess what? Ding, ding ding - $10,000 jackpot! I have just enough
time to collect my money and get to dinner with the Newton's. Whew, so
much happening and we've only been in Vegas an hour! Hold on, is that
Johnny Depp hiding behind that pillar? He's stalking me again. I guess
hub and I will have to run so he can't keep up. Gee, I hope the Trumps
don't call too early the tomorrow morning. They want us to go
sightseeing with them (the Hoover Dam, AGAIN), but I may be too tired
after hanging out with the guys from Aerosmith. (I heard they were
crashing the Newton after-party.) Sigh ... so much Vegas, so little
time. Bonnie Chester Smithville TX |

First - FREE babysitter for my 3 kids. Then I
hop on a plane with my hubby and head off to Las Vegas. We get there and
immediately go sight seeing. After that, we are tired so we go to a spa.
Feeling rejuvenated, we go see a show and stay out until dawn. We go to
our hotel room, which is luxuriously decorated, and crash. We rinse and
repeat and come home to clean house and happy kids. Peggy

I'm 66 years old and have been a fan of Wayne

I've never been to Las Vegas, and have heard the food is great, also.
I'd like to stay in a nice hotel, eat well, and see some good
entertainment, especially Wayne Newton! Audrey Larson

My best Las Vegas trip would be to go one more
time with my Mother. I took her to Vegas (her first time) and it became

how I would love to see lose all her inhibitions, relax and laugh just
one more time. Carol Mathesen Carlsbad NM |

First, I win a trip for 6 to the Paris Hotel
complete with comped suite, limo service, dinner at les Artiste. My
husband and I go along with my 26 year old son. We arrive in the
Limousine, and walk into the luxurious suite decorated in French
Provincial, complete with marble floors and Jacuzzi. Armed with our
gambling money we head for the casino. $5.00 a beer, on the way we meet
up with these very nice folks, and having room for 3 more people for
dinner and the show, invite them along. After drinking a lot more beer,
and eating shrimp and lobster tail, we head for the show "We Will Rock
You" front row center seats! Afterwards, we go backstage where we meet
the stars and receive t-shirts and a complete Box Set of Queen's music.
Then, $5.00 a beer, and we start gambling, $5.00 a beer then, start with
300 dollars, I play blackjack, then beer, then roulette then more beer,
roulette, slots, for about a day and a half under the beautiful ceiling
mural that makes it seem like daytime all the time. Money is almost
spilling out of my pockets, I lose a little on Blackjack then hit a
$500.00 jack pot on the slots, maybe win a few hundred on the video
blackjack. I give a few hundred to my son who isn’t having any luck,
then go back to the slots and win a hundred more, then more beer, buy my
son a beer. In the mean time my husband is winning. We are spending
money right and left, tip here,$5.00 a beer there, 10 hours till the
plane...more beer...packing up and gliding to the airport in the limo. I
sit down at a slot machine and hit 100.00 more. Denise Mower

My dream vacation would start with my winning
a trip to Vegas. I would fly in with my hubby and check in the Paris
hotel. Of course we would be surprised when they told us that we have
been given the penthouse suite. We would run up there and unpack and
enjoy the beautiful views out of the floor to ceiling windows. I would
then notice an envelope from the hotel with a note on it. In the
envelope would be tickets for several popular shows in Vegas and a check
for a few thousand dollars inviting us to play in this play land for
grown-ups. After resting and then freshening up for the evening, I would
open the bedroom closet and discover a rack of gorgeous dresses and
designer suits for us to choose from to wear for our night on the town.
Of course we would have a blast dining and enjoying all the sights Vegas
has to offer. The cherry on my cake would be when we returned to the
room. I immediately see that the room is filled with flowers and candles
have been lit. I notice there are rose petals leading to my bedroom and
on the bed. I then see that my Jacuzzi has been turned on and is
inviting us in with its foamy bubbles. We slip in and all is well with
the world. I dreamily devour the few candies and sip the champagne. I
then feel sleepy and notice that my head keeps bobbing down as my body
is trying to capture that much eluded thing you don't get in Vegas,
which is sleep. I finally give in to sleep and then get abruptly woken
up to discover that it was a dream. Laura Kraemer Miller

Upon arrival at the Aladdin hotel we get a
free upgrade to the high rollers suite for the duration of our stay. My
wife and I assume this is because we stay there every year. We play some
slots and table games and win at everything we do. We celebrate with
dinner at Michael Mina then hit the strip to where the party is. Day two
finds us at the pool with tall, ice cold drinks that get us in the mood
for a little of the "what happens here, stays here" that Vegas is famous
for. More gambling, with us winning of course, and plenty of eating and
drinking follow. Day three finds us exploring different casinos and
sampling the food at many restaurants. We catch a couple of shows and
enjoy the wonderful weather. Day four is a day of relaxation. We hit the
spa for full body massages and wraps and everything else. A late night
trip to a wedding chapel to surprise my wife with a vow renewal and the
rest of trip is spent in bed with the only interruption being room
service. Doug Barnett Plymouth MN |

I would fly in smoothly over the foothills and
there waiting to greet me would be my mother, and grandmother who
retired to Vegas. We would try to make up for not having seen each other
for years but spending very long hours catching up with new babies that
have been born to family members and talk about health situations among
us all. We would do lots of gambling, mostly blackjack as my grandmother
taught us all. We would eat many great dinners together and hate for it
to end. This would be an impossible dream however since my mom and
grandmom are both dead now. The last trip to Vegas was nearly 5
yrs ago and even going with my son it did not begin to be the kind of
trip that my dream trip would be. My sister drives to Vegas often from
California but I am now afraid to fly since I am 70 and a little
disabled. Am afraid of an airport shutting down and me being left out in
the cold for hours because of some stupid thing someone else does in the
airport. But, I can dream can't I? Sandra Bon Norfolk VA |

Driving to the airport, I can only imagine
what lies ahead of us for the next 8 days and 7 nights. Yes, I can feel
the excitement coming on strong, non-stop first class airline tickets
will be getting us there even quicker than I had imagined. To think that
when I stepped off the airplane, to see a Limo waiting for my wife and
myself to drive us to the Bellagio with our suite that is paid for and
waiting for us. The nightly dinners, the shows at MGM and the Monte
Carlo, all being catered towards our every desire, not to mention the
nice cash roll that was handed to us. To see Paris, the Aladdin and New
York, New York. This sounds like a lot of work so I must start thinking
of how to spend some down time, but I almost forgot the two buy-ins for
the World Series of Poker, that must be the relaxation that I was
looking for. Then, to win at any part of the World Series of Poker, ah,
that would be the life. To have some time for ourselves finally, without
the pressures of bills and time, just to enjoy. Las Vegas, here we come

My husband and I were married in Las Vegas on
January 6, 1997. Eloping to Las Vegas was so exciting and fun! We stayed
at the MGM Grand and just had such an awesome time. We have had some
difficult times in the years since then and were divorced last Feb. 2,
2005. We have three small children and our married life had become stale
as we found ourselves stuck in the daily grind of work and
responsibility. We were both questioning our life together.
Recently we have been spending time together, rekindling our love,
dating, and talking of re-marriage. I would love to surprise him with a
trip to Vegas for us to re-marry - only this time with the kids in tow,
plus a nanny! LOL This is truly my dream - I am so much in love
with my ex-husband, and our children miss their daddy so much and want
us back together also. I would love to have this time together as a
family, plus alone time with my ex-but-soon-to-be-again husband while
the kids hang out and have some fun of their own (with the nanny), while
hubby and I re-consummate our vows - and paint the town. Vicki

My dream Vegas vacation would be staying at
any of the famous hotels, like Caesars, Mirage, or Mandalay Bay. And of
course having a least enough money to gamble a little at all of them.
Just being in Vegas can be spell-binding, with all the lights and
different cultures anything is possible. There is so much history and so
many things to come in the future. I would love to see Celion Dion
perform at Caesars. And visiting all the well-known sights like the
Vegas signs and the historical hotels. But the ultimate end to it would
be to walk away with a very nice monetary prize to take home to never
have to work again. Kimberly Warder Tulsa OK |

My ultimate Vegas trip doesn't involve a lot
of slot machines, but it does involve the Vegas scenery! I want to stay
on the strip, but have a comfortable vehicle so that I can drive to Red
Rock Canyon and perhaps even to the Grand Canyon! The area in and around
Vegas is so beautiful. I'm dying to try out my new digital camera and I
can't think of better place to do it! I would also like to see all the
Cirque du Soleil shows. They are phenomenal! I've only seen Mystere, but

the beautiful hotels and outdoor shows. This would truly be a dream

My Vegas Dream Vacation Story would start out
by flying out to Las Vegas in the first class area of any airline and
enjoy a lush meal and cocktails along the way. Upon arrival, I would
like to be taken by limousine to my hotel, the Venetian Resort and begin
my shopping expedition! Then, a beautiful. romantic Gondola Ride in the
Venetian would be perfect before a gourmet dinner at a pricey Vegas
Restaurant. Of course, following, I would be playing the slot machines
excessively, a bit of blackjack and and also some craps at the various
hotels such as MGM Grand, Luxor, Caesars, the Paris, etc. For the first
nights finale, I would love to attend a show at one of the many
attractions, depending on which celebrity might be there at that time.
Stay up late into the night,, winning, of course, many thousands and
thousands of dollars! The next morning after a scrumptious
breakfast, I would like to venture into the downtown areas and check out
what they have to offer as well. Afternoon would consist of a ride in
New York, New York's outdoor roller coaster, and then I'd rent a luxury
convertible sports car to cruise the strip! That evening, I would check
out the local hot clubs and go to the most exclusive one for dinner and
hopefully to see any celebrities that might be in town! What a night!
The next morning, I might relax early on in the Venetian outdoor pool
after exercising in the workout facility. Take a swim, have early
afternoon cocktails, then up and back to the hotel room for a shower and
dress up for the days festivities! I actually would like to take a
helicopter ride over the grand canyon towards the end of my trip.
Thanks! Cheryl Bastulli Eastlake OH |

Getting on to a plane and flying away to Las
Vegas. Can you imagine driving into that town, all the lights, the
excitement, the thrill, the air of the hustle and bustle. I would like
to walk the strip going into the many casinos, listening to the rings,
bells and cheers of the people but the best part of Las Vegas would be
that right behind me there would be absolutely no kids. What a vacation.

My dream Vegas vacation would include lots of
gambling, people watching, and buffet eating. I'd have to rent a Ferrari
for an evening. Maybe that could hold the sign that says "Just Married",
because I'd do that too. We'd have to hit the indoor skydiving and I
hear there is a place where you can shoot assault weapons too?? We'd
take one day and go to the Hoover Dam. Maybe rent some ATV's and spend
the day exploring the Grand Canyon, have a BBQ on an Indian reservation.
We would definitely need a whole day at a spa to relax and unwind in
between all the excitement and then it'd be back to something extreme.
I'd love to see a professional boxing match. Catch a couple shows. Visit
a lot of local hot spots and party till we drop. After all, what happens
in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Right? Dawn Bennett Lower

I've had the best Vegas trip imaginable!
My husband and I flew out first class from DC, stayed in the Bellagio
for half the trip then the Venetian for the other half. We rode every
rollercoaster and ride in the town, ate at the famous Bellagio for a
holiday champagne brunch buffet, and at the Hilton Flamingo buffet. We
played video games at Gameworks all night for $10 until close, and spent
a few quarters playing the slots, won $40 and stopped while we were
ahead! We lounged at the pools and rubbed elbows with celebrities and
athletes at the Venetian, then we flew home exhausted and happy!

Wow! I'm here in Las Vegas and there's a limo
waiting to pick me up at the airport. It's taking me to a V.I.P. suite
at a big-time hotel on the strip. There I will be treated royally, as if
I were a big spender and high-roller. But my intentions are not to
gamble away my time and money. Nope, I want to meet celebrities, see
fabulous entertainment, and be wined and dined as if I were one of those
celebrities. I love Tom Jones and Celine Dion. I don't think of them as
rinky dink. They have real talent! I want to hear and see them perform
and then meet them in real person to tell them my feelings about their
talent versus fake celebrity talent. I want to spend time lounging
around the pool and having drinks with little umbrellas in them. I want
to do a bit of up scale shopping and maybe, I'll break down, and drop
some coin at the tables and slots. But I'm still careful. I don't get
pleasure out of losing money. Wow! Las Vegas, here I come!

Two of my close friends and I hit Las Vegas in
July without husbands, kids, business issues, family issue.... just us!
We went to a dance convention and danced in the mornings, laid by the
pool in the afternoon, then hit the strip by 6:00 for a dinner and then
on to the Casinos - we hit 14 in 4 days...seeing the sights and hitting
the nickel slot machines - our favorites are the "Super Jackpot Party"
at the Bellagio - we played accompanied by Peach Bellinis. We also made
it to Hoover Dam, rode the city buses, the taxis, the Hard Rock shuttle
- laughing and giggling through the entire experience - we met many
local people who gave us advice - many tourists who did the same...we'll
be back as soon as we save up our nickels! Lynn Rogers

The ultimate Vegas vacation would be with my
wife of 16 years and my children (aged 15 and 10). We would arrive in
Vegas, get a large rental car and stay at a hotel in the middle of the

casinos. In the evening (when the kids were asleep my wife would go
gamble for an hour and after she comes back to the room (since we would
not want to leave the kids alone) I would go gamble for an hour.
Hopefully one of us would win! In addition to the shows we would
enjoy the different buffets available to us and of course go and see the

My Las Vegas dream turned into reality when I
was invited to Vegas to attend my neighbor's wedding. We toured by day,

My dream Vegas vacation would be to spend some

It starts and ends on the street: the street
full of lights, the street full of entertainment and people,
attractions, signs, a true fantasy land. It's where pirate ships, and
foreign countries entice you, where each entrance is a new delight. Not
only can you see the city for hours and hours on end, you can choose
your style of gambling, in the new or old Vegas. You see pink flamingos,
gracious waterways and exotic entertainment, all in one city. You can
step into many places, all within Vegas. The quaint or the ultra-modern
await you. And, late at night if you stand on a Vegas downtown street
corner, the lights, oh the glorious lights, will infatuate you, excite
you and keep you spellbound. It is a treat to even dream of the dream
vacation: hours and hours of traveling from one enchanting sight to the
next! I've walked the wide streets, strolled through plazas and
courtyards, watched the roulette wheel spin, eaten like a queen. My
favorite time is the night, when I never know what will catch my eye or
invite me in. It's a sensual treasure, every step, every eyeful. I
recommend it highly! Susan Tingley Portland OR |

I haven't decided to go. It's a long way from
Pennsylvania and it probably will cost to much too. Okay, my uncle
lives in Phoenix, Arizona and he wants me to visit. He has a time share
trip coming up in October and decided to go to Vegas. He, my aunt, my
two cousins ( his daughters) a friend from England, a friend from Pa and
I ( if I decide to go) would be in Vegas on October 20th of 2005. I've
never been to Vegas, I love Poker, I love Showgirls, I love Slots, (If I
go we'll be driving from Arizona and seeing the sights, the Hoover Dam,
the Colorado River and in known (to me) towns and rivers and mountains
and whatever else God has put in out path for us to see. Now, I haven't
had a vacation like this since I was in the Army back in 1974-77. The
last time I've flown in an airplane was back in 1979. Once we get there
it'll just be for a week but a lot can happen in that
week. I could be amazed, I could be a winner, I could meet someone, I
could see my family I haven't seen for a long time. I could smile, laugh
or cry. I could get lost or be found, I could drink too much or not. I
could sleep good and relax and swim and talk and learn. But what I
wouldn't do is not go, I would be missing too much. So I've talked
myself into it by writing this letter, I am going to Vegas - maybe.

It would be rainy and snowy in Alaska as we
boarded our flight to Vegas. We would land at night so we could see the
lights of the strip. A limousine would whisk us off for our three night
stay in a suite at the Mandalay Bay. We would wake early the next
morning and sip champagne as we took a sunrise hot air balloon ride from
the Great American Balloon Co. My daughter and I would then head for the
games at Circus Circus while my husband rode the Cyber Speedway at the
Sahara. We would meet for lunch at MGM's Rainforest Cafe and then check
out the lion exhibit. We would then return to the hotel for some
swimming before heading off to the Excalibur for the jousting show. The
evening would end with a gondola ride at the Venetian and a walk down
the strip. The next day we would peruse the shops at Caesar's,
check out the Luxor's pyramid, and take a ride on the Big Shot at the
Stratosphere. We would enjoy the magic show at Greek Isle and sample the
casinos off the strip. We'd find the world's best babysitter and my
husband and I would enjoy Celine Dion's show. Day 3 would center around
our renewal of our vows at the Imperial Palace chapel where we were
married 8 years ago. We wouldn't be so broke this time, so my husband
would find a tux at one of the shops and I'd find a dress I actually
liked. After the wedding, we'd walk through the Paris hotel and enjoy
its attractions. We'd check out the Star Trek exhibit at the Hilton and,
of course, hopefully win big at the slots before leaving. Norma

My ideal trip to Vegas would be, going there
with my husband on our 29th anniversary. Seeing as many shows we can
see, being pampered, and of course gambling and hitting it big. Then
renewing our vows at one of the Wedding Chapels. Then gambling some more
and hitting it big again! Debbie Lang Wheeling IL |

Private jet, Limo from there. Presidents Suite

like to play slots, my bankroll is quickly shot. To a show we'll go, how
about backstage passes & tickets to O? Massage a deaux'in a cabana by
the pool. This is all a dream you see, meant to be enjoyed by hubby and

First I would want to be greeted by no other
then Donald trump, he inspirers me to do my best and I love his hair and
want to give him a personal compliment while having a drink together in
his own casino. I'd like to have at least $1000 to play on the slots to
try my luck. I would want to know from Donald what places to go to,
where to get the best foods, what shows to see and what places to avoid.
Basically I would want my time in vagas be led by Mr. Trump because he
knows what he is doing and from what I can see, hear and read, he is the
BEST there is. I would also love to meet his new wife and have her take
me to a fashion store she shops at and guide me for a few hours so I can
look my hottest when I go out, maybe she would like to come along with
me? wow that be awesome. A limo for one whole day would really help a
lot, kind of annoying having to jump into cabs and not enjoy the high
life when you aren't rich. I just want to feel like a queen on my trip
to beautiful and fun Vegas and get the best out of staying and I hope
that someone reads me here and makes my wish come true, I wouldn't ask
for anything more, but nothing less either. Gabriele Wood

I would bring my husband to Las Vegas to show
him why I love it so much. We would arrive via first class air at night
because there is no city as beautiful as Vegas at night. A limousine
would whisk us away to Mandalay Bays TheHotel where we would check into
our luxury suite. We would head to the streets to see the breath taking
Bellagio water fountains, the volcano at the Mirage, and The Sirens of
TI. Once we got a taste of the Las Vegas nightlife, we would retreat to
our room order room service and schedule an early morning massage. The
first day we would explore the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian and
take a gondola ride, check out Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, see the White
Tiger habitat at the Mirage, view the Imperial Palaces auto collection
(which I like to call Jay Leno's garage), and check out Star Trek: The
Experience. In the evening we would dine at the Stardust's top rated
William Bs and then catch the magnificent Cirque du Soleils O show.
The following day we would take an exciting helicopter tour of the Grand
Canyon and later in the evening we would go to see the light show on
Freemont Street. Our last day we would explore new areas of Vegas to see
what we can add to our favorite attraction list. Oh yeah, in between all
of our sight seeing we would gamble, gamble, gamble! We would be sure to
stop by Charlie Palmers Steak for lunch and for dinner, enjoy the
fantastic view and delicious cuisine at the Eiffel Tower restaurant. Our
last event would be the Blue Man Group at the Luxor. In the
morning we would step into our limo and wave goodbye to the cowboy.

In case I want to come to Las Vegas, I will
visit all its tourist attractions such as its shopping centers, clubs,
museums....But I will be interested to know the real identity of people
in Las Vegas. I want to know their traditions, marriage ceremonies,
life, problems...I will also seek to have international friendship with
them to achieve international friendship and tolerance since I am from
Morocco with different background which is totally different. Said

Las Vegas is over the top! My dream vacation
is attending ALL the Cirque de Soleil shows. And then visit all of the
casinos to get a taste of each. I would also see a typical dance hall
Vegas act and who ever is the head line singing sensation of the season.
Then I would watch the water dance and then spend huge amounts of time
at the Star Trek Experience. I would dress real fancy and hold my
honey's hand. We would get massages, spa treatments and eat wonderful
meals. We would also have a huge budget for buying fun stuff. And I
would smile smile smile! Rebecca Crystal Westford VT |

Arriving aboard a plane in 1st class seats, I
get picked up in a stretch limousine, and whisked off to the most lavish
suite in the penthouse of one of the Strip's fabulous casino hotels.
This is for an indefinite stay; in other words, an open return trip
ticket is included. There, on the suite's dresser, lies VIP tickets to
all of the sold-out shows and backstage passes to meet the stars. All
meals are also comped, and $3000 worth of merchandise (jewelry, etc) is
given to me from each store I desire to visit. Another limousine is at
my beck and call and ready to chauffeur me around Las Vegas, just so I
can see the entire area in style. When I've exhausted all the goodies I
have at my disposal during the Fantastic (Fantasy) vacation, the limo
takes me reluctantly back to McCarren Airport where I take my 1st class
seat on a trip back home. I can DREAM, can't I? Wendy Lee

My Dream Vacation to Las Vegas would be
staying at the Mirage Hotel and going to a Ultimate Fighting
Championship while I was there and lots of shows and entertainment. I
would see the Grand Canyon through one of their tours and I would
revisit the M and M store that I love so much. I would bask in the sun
and sip margaritas by the pool at the Mirage. I would gamble a bit and
hopefully win. I would do non stop touring of Las Vegas with my husband

marriage to me there in 1997 in front of the Mirage Hotel in front of
everyone. I would really love to go back there again. Tanya

Having the opportunity to visit Las Vegas
would rekindle my spirits. I have always been praised for having such a
happy outlook on life and for my appreciation for any small pleasure
life had to offer. I have been so busy for the past 10 years raising my
children and getting an education, that I haven't been able to smell
those roses that used to surround me. When I imagine what it would be
like to just even fly over Vegas and view the lights and life Vegas has,
it fills my soul with the spirit that I use to pride myself on. Vegas
would be a breath of fresh air. I believe the experience would release
so much that has been held inside because I have to be the strong one.
Here's to happy spirits! Denise Sibley Ajax ON Canada |

My perfect Las Vegas dream vacation would be
to spend it with my husband Robert. Whether we simply walk hand in hand
down the strip or perhaps dine out in a fine restaurant, it does not
matter. Robert and I almost lost our lives on 9/11/01, if it were not
for "a last minute decision". We are so fortunate to be here on this
good earth today. My husband is a veteran of war, and was injured. He
suffers from wartime events, but never complains with all that he has
been through in his lifetime. We moved to Hawaii after 9/11 so we could
live in peace, and we are happy. Robert has always loved Las Vegas, and
so have I. Simply winning this trip is joy enough for us. It would be
great to have the opportunity to surprise him with a trip to Vegas.
Having said that, I want Insider Viewpoint to know that I appreciate the
fact that you have given all your readers, (and of course myself) the
opportunity to participate in this perfect dream vacation. Thanks, and aloha from Hawaii. Virginia Gass Waipahu HI |

I have been to Las Vegas many times. this year
alone I've been there twice. When I leave town, I always have that fish
got away mentality, but I always want to go back. Las Vegas isn't a city
as much as it is a state of mind. People lose their minds there, I've
seen it happen. My dream vacation in Las Vegas would be to have
tickets to every show that is available to view on the strip. I would
also like to have tickets to shows off the strip (ie Penn and Teller,
the Joint, Golden Nugget, Sam's Town, and all Station Casinos shows). I
know that if I went to a lot more shows, and did less gaming, I would
definitely have a more enjoyable stay. Other things I would like to do:
golf at Summerlin, get a massage, ride the monorail. Finally, I would
like to add a couple of other things to this dream list. One is a
round-trip ticket from Denver. The next is a high roller suite at either
Caesar's Palace or MGM with a dinner at the Rosewood. The last thing is
a sports car rental. That's all I ask, no money, I'll bring that, you
just get me there. Chris Fumagalli Centennial CO |

My ultimate Vegas vacation package would

we'd relax in the four star hotel's spa and hit on guys. we'd have to
take tons of pictures to make our friends back home completely jealous.

It will be a dream for me and my family just

In my humble opinion the ultimate trip to
Vegas would be style all the way baby ... First I would check into a
posh hotel along the strip. Of course it would have to have an all night
casino along with top notch entertainment. I would live it up at the
hottest nightspots for dining and dancing. I would bask in the glow of
the neon lights as I made my way around town hitting all of the coolest
tourist attractions. Then at the end of the day I would make my way back
to my hotel where I would play slots and win enough to make my way to a
poker tournament. In which I would win enough money to live comfortable
for life. Followed by a top of the line limo with a fully stocked bar to
escort me to the airport after which I would live happily ever after ...
okay you can pinch me now ...back to reality ... anyway it would be
sweet! Charlene Dixon Wellston OH |

My dream Vegas vacation is easily defined. I'd

My Las Vegas dream vacation would be to go and
sight see, all the night clubs, spend the night gambling with the slot
machines, shopping seeing all the different stores and what they have to
offer. Seeing what the sense of fashion is like there, and as a must
visit the bars where they have cocktail waitress's have always wanted to
be one but I live In Virginia and we don't have cocktail waitressing

My dream Vegas vacation would be my fiance and
I flying there with our 4 kids (2 each from previous bad marriages) and
getting married at one of those small chapels. It's been my dream to
stay at the very gorgeous Venetian Hotel. Then we would spend plenty of
family time at the arcades, shows, and attractions (like Lance Burton,
Fremont Street, ESPN Zone). Then, of course, a little free time for my
new husband and I to eat, drink, and gamble. I'd like to end the
vacation with a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon. What a dream this
would be! Amy Long Altoona IA |

My best Las Vegas vacation imaginable already
happened! I was invited to a slot tournament and three free nights at
the Excalibur Hotel. Besides enjoying my FREE room overlooking the pool;
I wore a name tap with the letters VIP and was treated like a queen
everywhere I went. It was suggested to me that I ask a Slot attendant
which machine is paying off. I eventually did just that and after
putting in just ten dollars into a "Crystal 7" dollar machine; I hit
Five Hundred and Sixty Dollars :). Soon after this, I was with three
hundred and fifty people who all signed up for a $500.00 dollar drawing
and I Won! I actually left Las Vegas with a thousand dollars; I
had beat the urge to gamble it all back to the casino! What a
great time I had! Debra Reynolds Santa Maria CA |

My chauffeur picks me up at the airport in a
white, strech limo with a fully stocked bar. We arrive at my five star
hotel on The Strip where I check into my penthouse suite. The hot tub
feels great after the flight. Now I'm set for some fine cuisine at the
hotel's famous chef's restaurant. After this sublime dinner, it is time
to take in a show. My comp seats for "O" provide an excellent view of
Cirque de Soleil. The good times continue as I head for the casino for
major gambling. In short, I'd like to be treated like a whale. I can
dream can't I? Diane Eklund Portland OR |

I have been to Vegas 5 times and each
experience is an experience of it's own. I've gone with my husband and
his friends, my girlfriends and my bother-in-law and his wife. now this
may sound silly but I would love for my mom to go with me. my mom is 64
years old and an BINGO fanatic. I'm the one who got her into it. I used
to go with my 85 year old grandma to BINGO and my mom used to laugh at
me but now she's the one who's hooked! She and my dad have been married
42 years and the only vacations they've went on are the one's to go
visit my siblings in other states and to Walt Disney World- we sent them
for their 40th anniversary. so they are not vacation takers even though
they are retired. but my mom would love Vegas and to be able to play
BINGO 24- 7 would be a dream come true for her along with seeing an
Elvis show- she saw the original Elvis back in the day and loved him
like everyone else did in the 60's. And for her to be able to see all
the different hotels and their themes would absolutely blow her mind.
She likes the slots but feels her money is stretched longer at BINGO but
if she ever went there would be no limit for as long as she's there.
besides my husband and my 1 year old, my mother is my best friend. my
dream is to see her happiness. my dad says my mother glows when she is
with me and I bring out the best in her. my Vegas dream vacation would
be for my mother to be like a kid in a candy store in sin city, Amy

My ideal Las Vegas trip would be to fly in to
town and check into a luxurious hotel without regard to the cost. I
would then make sure to schedule as many shows as possible. With that in
motion I would make my way to the casino for the first time in my life.
To win big in the first few minutes would have to be my biggest dream so
I could take care of my family for the rest of their lives in comfort. I
would love to go up in a helicopter or plane to see the beauty from
above. I would site see as much as possible if I had unlimited time
frame. If I had unlimited resources, I would definitely shop until I
dropped. I would love to see Wayne Newton, Celine Dion and all of the
other great artists and performers possible. Finally after winning big,
seeing everything possible I would love to relax in a spa to be pampered
before returning home with my family. Susan Bailey Vero Beach

Las Vegas is not just for adults; my family
did have a dream trip I must share. We were picked up at the airport by
a limo driver holding a sign with our name on it. We were taken to the
Paris Hotel, and it was awesome. They have a replica of the Eiffel Tower
we went to the top. Next it was off to the Stratosphere were they have
some really good shops and many attractions. We could not believe the
view atop the odd tower; you can see the whole valley, 360 degrees. We
had lunch in a little place called Bonnie Springs, just west of the
city. It is like an old west town, and it even has a petting zoo. By
late afternoon we were able to visit the Liberace Museum, It is very
neat. For dinner we had reservations at the House of Blues cafe inside
the Mandalay Bay Hotel, and to cap the night we caught a concert at the
events center also inside the Mandalay Bay. Day 2 consisted of riding
the Monorail near the Sahara over to the Hilton to take in the Star Trek
Experience. We spent most of the rest of the day visiting the historic
Hoover Dam located nearby. On the way there we saw the Hotel were they
filmed the TV show American Casino, so we had to stop there to see if we
could locate anyone we recognized from the show, for an autograph. This
dream trip was so fun; it impacted our decision to move here from
California. Tim Westergard Las Vegas, NV

Two hundred forty six days… and counting.
Finally retirement!! Freedom!! Well, maybe not. We've been informed that
our new occupation will be babysitter!. Plus, although elderly
ourselves, we have elder elderly parents; so we are still part of the
sandwich generation, albeit a little stale. Through our 45+ years of
marriage, and frequently
talking about visiting Las Vegas, we've never had the good fortune. Now,
with retirement on the horizon and more time available, unfortunately
that proverbial nickel will have to be squeezed rather tightly somewhat
limiting our frivolous spending. Fingers crossed, we enter every contest
we happen upon listing a Las Vegas trip as a prize. Wed love to view the
spectacular lights, admire gorgeous showgirls, experience some of the
heart-pounding excitement. With a stay at one of the luxurious hotels,
we could rekindle some of our youthful romance - behave like newlyweds
if only for a couple of days. (Don't tell
our kids after all What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas right?) Of
course, a couple of shows would be on the agenda, perhaps a Cirque du
Soleil production. Dining at a fine restaurant would be sublime,
however, we could also pig out quite nicely at one of the famous
buffets. We are saving our pennies, nickels & quarters just in case.

For me, the Dream Vacation to Las Vegas is
simple. NO KIDS. My Fiance and I have three kids, 21, 16 and 14 and
between work, school and house cleaning, we need to get away just for a
few days. Las Vegas is the perfect weekend getaway to relax, gamble and
be adults again. Perhaps even a surprise trip to an Elvis wedding chapel
would be in order. That would make it the best trip imaginable and most
memorable. Lisa Spadea Sinking Spring, PA |

My dream vacation to Vegas had to be for my
birthday weekend. My girlfriend went with me early on Friday morning to
catch the earliest flight to Vegas, and when we arrived we would be
greeted by my birthday present: a corvette rented just for me! We drove
to MGM Grand and checked into our modern West Wing room, complete with a
mini bar, flat screen TV and king-size bed. We would then take off in
our corvette and shop at the Forum Shops. When we walked outside, we
caught the dancing water show at Bellagio, and decided to go inside the
hotel for lunch and a little casino action. We made a trip to Rio to
enjoy the carnival buffet and see Penn & Teller Show, whom then posed
with us for picture and signature. Our corvette took us blazing through
the strip to the Paris, and we went to the top of their Eiffel Tower for
a romantic time. We would end every night around 2am, and started the
next morning at 11am with more sightseeing, shopping, dining and
gambling. We also went for a swim at the MGM Grand after the hot air
balloon trip we took on Saturday. We went to Mandalay Bay for shark Reef
experience, Luxor for the 3-D cinema, and we managed to watch Zumanity
and Mystere, two wonderful Cirque Du Soleil's production. Of course, we
took the latest flight available on Sunday so we could squeeze some more
gambling and souvenirs. What can I say? Las Vegas is so full of fun and
entertainment, any weekend would be perfect to go there. However, it is
best when you go there on your birthday weekend... I get to pick the
agenda. Omar Rodriguez Marysville WA |

Every year we have a dream trip to Las Vegas
for our anniversary. The first year we rocked out with KISS then drove
to Mt. Charleston. Last year, we stayed at Hotel San Remo. We were very
lucky at the slots. Drove over to Binion's were lucky there too. Had the
ultimate excitement of watching the Red Soxs win the world series (oh
yeah!). Had steak and lobster for dinner. Couldn't have been more
perfect. This year we will stay at Binion's. Our dream vacation each
year is our time alone in the car on the drive to Vegas. Room service
for breakfast in bed. Walking hand in hand down the strip. Lots of
Gambling. More food. More walking. More gambling. Dropping into bed
exhausted (but not too exhausted!). But the best part of the dream is
being in such an exciting place with my best friend. Sandi

I have never been to Las Vegas, but I imagine
my Las Vegas dream vacation to be a Non-Smoking hotel/casino with

like to gamble as well. This is a dream, isn't it!! Regina

My dream vacation would include plenty of "fun
money" for gambling, several wonderful shows (of my choice, hehe), a
beautiful hotel "suite" (not just a room) with a jacuzzi and all the
romantic "extras" and first class round trip air service, as well as a
beautiful gown to wear for the fanciest evening of all - and all this
would last no less than 8 days and 7 nights (I'd take more as long as it
could last, and as long as there was plenty of money allotted
specifically for gambling)......note, though, I'm not a gambler in
general, but playing with unlimited funds would be a dream for sure.

It would be a long shot, for sure! My husband
plans to file for divorce soon. I was so heartbroken at his decision.
But if I won this sweepstakes, I would invite my husband to join me on a
trip to Las Vegas! I'm sure he would like to see the city since he's
always wanted to go, and I would like to win him back! ;) It may seem
impossible, but I believe in miracles and it IS possible! We would have
a grand time looking at the bright city, colorful people, exploring ALL
the casinos and wagering a bit to try our luck. We may go shopping and
out to eat. We may catch a few shows, go dancing and stay up all night!
We might bring home a big windfall of money and buy a house in the
mountains. Our kids would be thrilled! We could dream, scheme, and plan
a new beginning. If we resolved our differences, we could get remarried
there! How exciting is that? That would be ideal! I love him and have
worried about his welfare constantly. We could establish a real rapport
among the other gamblers out there, and hopefully I would be given the
gift of a rare second chance! I've been lucky before, sometime | | |
